WORSE PLACE EVER! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES THERE! I wish I would have read the YELP reviews before taking my business there. All the reviews are 100% accurate. I took 6 garments and got back only 5, they still charged me for the 6. The front desk girl told me to come back tomorrow to pick up my missing pants. I went back 2 days later and still nobody knew what was going on. The girl called her manager who refused to talk to me directly, that they would need 15 days to find my pants!!! Good luck trying to get the manager on the phone, Brenda. She was always "busy" every time I tried to call her to voice my complaint. At that point I wanted to talk to the owner of this horrible establishment.. He was in Mexico and nobody knew when he was coming back. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. 0 stars for that place

Please dont take your clothing to this cleaner if you have any expectation of getting it back. They have lost a jacket and sweater of mine. Attempts to contact the manager, Valarie, are fruitless as she never returns calls and is never in the location. During my last experience, the clerk attempted to give me 3 pieces of someone elses order. I explained to her that the pieces did not belong to me, and she insisted that they must because the work ticket had my name on it so the clothing must have come from my bag. She called her manager and the resolution they came up with was that it HAD to be my clothing and I should pay for the cleaning and take the pieces. With that said, its no surprise they lost two pieces of mine...with no offer of any compensation by the way. Crazy!!!!

Ever since the new owners took over I have gotten nothing but bad customer service!! I have gotten many suits altered there, have spent a ton of money and they made me pay upfront for the first time. I ended up taking them somewhere else. It was the principle. Then about six months later I hesitated to take my cleaning there but I did. Once again, they screwed up and gave me a 4 dollar credit. Today I dropped of a pair of pants to be hemmed and was told I couldnt use my credit. Then I went to throw a cup away and was told I couldnt use the trash!!! I will NEVER go back! I work in the hospitality service and would never treat customers in this fashion...My fault, I should have never went back the second time...

If I could rate this place with zero (0) stars, I would. This place completely messed up my order, and when I asked to speak with a manager or the owner, I got one lie after another: The owner lives in Ecuador, The manager never comes to this location, etc. What they forgot, is that they told my wife a different story. The customer service is absolutely horrible! ! Stay Away!
