My wife and I have had a lot of work done by Crystal Cleaners over the years, so you could say we were good customers. I have had 19 suits and sport coats tailored there with no problems. This past week I had picked up 1 of 3 new coats that they had tailored for me at $25. Each. My wife brings hers in to get done and they raised the price on her to $35. WTF. That is a HUGE increase in price to do the same thing. Furthermore I was told $30 was to be the new price after the new year. We asked for Patrick to call her, and after 3 days of waiting. I went to the store to pick up my wifes coat, and get a refund for the price increase and lack of customer service on Patricks part. They told me he was too busy to call a customer. Just BAD. You should never be too busy. And the little girl gabby, who in my opinion has horrible customer service skills. Is nothing but ATTITUDE, needless to say we wont be back. After all these years and they cant call a customer upon request is just BAD BUSINESS.

If they had zero stars thats what this joke would have gotten. Zero stars for customer service, zero stars for finished product. I dropped off a brand new dress (literally cut the tags off in the store) from Bebe to be cleaned because there was a slight mark on it from someones shoes when trying on. When I went to pick the dress up the mark was gone but I had a lovely array of brown marks all over the dress. I asked that it be cleaned again due to the marks yes you read that right MARKS as in plural. They cleaned it not once,not twice, but three times and guess what the MARKS are not only there but are all over it now. The $200 dress is completely ruined!!!! I spoke with the manager/owner and that was a joke. He just kept saying sweetie it wasnt us it was you that put those stains on it. REALLY?!?!?! How in the world did I put them on the dress?!??

This place is Great! Prices are very resanable and they to on site alterations as well. I needed a button put on and the tailolr did it for me no charge while I waited. I decided to join there VIP program which helped me save an additional 10% on my clothing. BTW I love being able to drop off 24/7 as a vip, my work schedule is all over the place so this helps tremendously!

I came in and they were closed they reopened for me so I could come in and get my sports jacket that was severely destroyed with bleach, they fixed the jacket, looks like brand-new, unbelievable service ... anybody that goes out of their way to open up a store even when its closeed to help me I take very seriously and I really appreciate. Thank you!

I recently just moved to the neighborhood and was looking for an eco friendly cleaners and nailed it when I found this hidden gem. Family owned and operated which I love giving my business to. They did some cleaning and alterations on my Tory burch dresses and they came out perfect! Thanks guys and I will definitely be coming back!

Do not bother taking you clothes here unless you want to give them away. They donate your clothes after 30 days, I would not have gave them business or my clothes if I knew this. Im from California where you can leave clothes in cleaners for years and go back and get them. Guess I got to find a cleaners that doesnt steal.

These guys are awesome!!!!! Ive been trusting my entire familys wardrobe for years to Patrick and Crystal Cleaners and they have never; never let me down. I recently move out of the area and I drive across town to continue to do business with Crystal Cleaners....You Guys Rock!!!!

I use Crystal Cleaners for all my shirts. Its always nice to go in there because they are very friendly and nice to deal with. Sometimes with businesses the employees bring you down and you cant wait to leave.. They are always enthusiastic always smiling. Highly Recommend!

My babys dress from her christianing had a stain and i went here to have it cleaned. WHEN THE DRESS WAS RETURNED IT WAS AWESOME!!! They preserved it in a special bag and it was treated with great care. The service was excellent quick and inexpensive.

The only place in Vegas with a 24/7 drop off service! I work late and dont make it on time to drop off my clothes, but with the 24/7 service you cant go wrong! Also note they are eco friendly.

Always great service. Never damages any clothing. Never get staples or tags in any of the fabric. Always on time and honest, and you can get discounts if you become a VIP member.
