I have to say this cleaner is the most impressive cleaners i have ever had. I had a tube of Chap Stick in my suit pocket and through my Burberry and Michael Kors suit in to the dryer to fluff up. Yes it was stupid and i will never do it again. There were Chap Stick stains all over the jackets and pants. Well i thought when i pulled them out it was just wet so i used my iron to dry up the water spots, which was actually Chap Stick oil. Well i heated it up and it didn’t go away; that is when i found that the chap stick in the dryer was completely gone. I was so upset that i had wrecked my 2 favorite suits. I called master cleaners and he said he would do what he could. So i brought my 2 suits valued at more than $2,000 to Master Cleaners.Two days later i picked my suits up from Master Cleaners with absolutely no spots on any piece of clothing. The best part was it cost $22.00 dollars!!!!! Well i gave him one hell of a tip!!!!! It almost brought me to tears. The owner also brought me into the back and showed me the dry cleaning process, which i never new what that was. If you have been trying to decided on a cleaners you need to try them.

I use to take my dry cleaning to a high-end cleaner because I was tired of having my shirts and suits returned in an unacceptable condition (broken buttons, scorched material, misaligned seams and lapels). Unfortunately they closed, and I went through several cleaners who I was unsatisfied with. I finally tried Master Cleaners and we’ve been using them weekly for the past five years and I’ve never had one issue. Their prices a very reasonable, but the quality of service is the only reason I use them. Recently my wife took an old suede jacket with fringe and Indian bone beads and they did such a good job, we took three other leather jackets. All of them came out beautifully. The owner really puts pride in his work and it shows. I highly recommend Master Cleaners.

GREAT SERVICE! The man who owns and runs the business is as nice as one could be!The first time I came here I just needed one shirt pressed and asked for heavy starch. I was only there for a minute or two tops and they rushed the job at not additional cost. When I came back not only did the gentleman remember my name, but he also didnt heavy starch the shirt...WHY YOU ASK!? Well the short was brand new and he explained to me that to heavy starch the shirt right out the gate would cause it to shrink, but the next time it would be fine to do so! He took care to focus on my needs and not my wants...you rarely see that in this day and age. This is the ONLY place I will bring my cleaning no matter how far I may have to drive!

Let me just say that this is one of the most outstanding businesses in all of Vegas. The owners are fantastic people, have personally helped us on every occasion and know us by name. For three years Ive taken my Air Force uniforms as well as many other things to them exclusively and have never had a single problem. Fantastic people that run a quality business and deserve all the support they get. By far the only place to go for any dry cleaning needs.

There are 10 cleaners with 4 miles of my house, but I exclusively use Master Cleaners. The service is so accomodative and Ive toured the factory, boy does he use the latest and greatest machines. As a customer youll get buttons re-attached for free, extra stain treatment for no additional cost and the store is easy to navigate. The owner has so many years of experience and even knows how to remove yellow curry stains!!!!

We have been using Master Cleaners for almost five years now. There is absolutely no where else in town where you need to go. Family owned and operated. Fantastic service, jobs done on time. Once I find a place I like I stick with it, there is no reason to look anywhere else for your Las Vegas dry cleaning needs. I probably pass by 50 dry cleaners on my way to Master Cleaners, and I wouldnt go anywhere else.

The owner recognises my car as I pull up and has my clothes ready for me. He remembers my name and is always so cheerful and positive. My girlfriend and I take turns picking up my clothing because the owner is such a joy to interact with. This was the 3rd dry cleaner I tried because the other 2 ruined clothes of mine. Im so pleased with their work, I drive way out of my way to take my clothes here.

I never leave reviews but this owner deserves it, I came in the afternoon on Friday and needed my clothes done by Saturday morning. They had already shut down the machines for the day (most places tell you are S.O.L. at that point) But he told me he would take care of me and he did. Clothes turned out great and were done ahead of schedule. Awesome to see such good customer service!

The owners are absolutely wonderful! We landed in Vegas in Wednesday afternoon and dropped off my wedding dress, 4 bridesmaid dresses and all of the stuff for the groom and groomsmen plus side items for a couple of guests - they had it all ready and absolutely perfect for us to pick up on Friday. It is so nice to be able to take my clothing and my husbands clothing to a place were they actually care. Always excellent service and good quality cleaning. Ive used Master Cleaners for more than a year and recommend them to everyone I know. Service is excellent and they have saved more than a few articles Ive stained. The owner is always on-site, no kids working the counter, and they accommodate my pickiness with a smile!
