My wife dropped off 2 new prs. of slacks to be hemmed and not cleaned. She pinned one leg on each pair and was asked by the black girl who took care of her if she just wanted one leg hemmed? She also also asked if she wanted them cleaned. Apparently she did not listen to the customer. My wife came to pick up the slacks on 11/19/15 and was told by the same girl that she owed $40 plus. This included "cleaning" and hemming. My wife said she would only pay for the hemming since it was the employee"s mistake. My wife was told by said employee that she could not have her slacks. When my wife demanded to speak with a mgr., the employee called so called mgr. on the phone. Employee said mgr. agreed with her not the customer. My wife asked to speak to the mgr.--, employee said (sic) "why, she wont believe you". My wife was told to come back 11/20 before 2 p.m. to talk to the mgr. My wife told the employee that she has PTSD and was becoming very upset. Employee showed no empathy. My wife has been a regular customer, but has never been treated so badly. She was livid and had to come home and take a Zanax. This is no way to treat any customer, let alone a senior citizen with emotional problems. I am waiting for a response from Corporate to see what they plan to do. To be continued.

**EDIT** I received a message from the owner and they addressed my concerns from my initial review and apologized for my treatment. This says a lot for a business to take a complaint and turn it in to a lessons learned. I will try them again and I am impressed by the quick response and message.
