Ive used this place twice now. First time, I was pretty impressed on how clean, maintained and modern the place was, and best of all the prices were very reasonable,. I liked all the washers were front loaders, which is pretty rare in the US. The clothes come out clean, rather than refreshed, compared to top loaders. The softdrinks were a good price. Their cans at a $1 are better value compared to Albertsons. I didnt use much of their Wi-Fi, apart from checking a few e-mails and Facebook, and it seemed good. There was only a $1 minimum to put on their card, and there was no card purchase fee, which was really good. In places like this, you have to purchase the card, that allows you do to your laundry. I didnt like you had to pay to use the toilet as a paying laundry customer. Perhaps they could introduce a system that says if you have $3+ dollars on the card, its free. There should be a sign up saying dont hog the trolleys, and when you have finished washing or drying, please put the trolley to 1 side, to allow other people to use it. This prevents people from keeping the trolleyfor an hour or two, while they do their laundry. I went to take a trolley, and I didnt know it was in use, and the couple that "were using it" said they had their laundry detergent in there, and I couldnt use it. I said I needed it to use it for 5 minutes at the most, and the husband was like no no no, this is ours, getting really angry over this... As it so happened, another trolley became available at the same time. And the only other I didnt like was the cost of $1 to buy laundry soap. Apart from that, great laundrette, at a very reasonable price, and if a laundrette offers free Wi-Fi, they obviously care about repeat business.

Ive used this laundromat four times this month to do my weekly laundry, so I think I have a good feel for this place. The Essentials: Its recently renovated and reopened. Everything is very clean and bright inside. The machines are brand new and they use a card system instead of quarters. You can use cash or a debit/credit card to refill your laundry card. All washers are front loading and cost either $3, $5, or $7. Dryers are 25¢ for 6 minutes. The Perks: Free Wi-Fi! Also, a soda machine and snack machine, plenty of carts and seats. Patrons have all been nice people (this neighborhood can be a little rough sometimes). The Icing On The Cake: The unbelievably kind and helpful staff. Seriously amazing customer service. Brian made me feel so welcome my first time, I decided to make this my permanent laundry spot.

Super Clean place open 24 hours. Has free Wi-Fi and modern flat screen tvs throughout the place. The washers and dryers are new and they use a card system so you dont have to worry about loosing your money in the machines. Also has a ATM. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because of the prices of the machines and cost of the fluff and fold service. I dont want to post what they are charging currently in this post, because those prices can change. Just give them a call. But, to be fair, you get what you pay for.

1st time here was good experience. However the change machine was down (2nd visit) which was a BIG issue for when I wash after work (3-4am, nothing is open nor close). Also theres no advertising to connect to wifi. If I have to pay for everything, at least allow me to use the wifi. Other than that, its always clean, sports center stays on the tv (best choice). Plus its not bad for it to be on Charleston. Even though no one never answers, YES its actually 24hrs unlike others that closes. Ill recommended

This is the cleanest and friendliest laundromat Ive been to in the entire country. Ralph takes care of this place as if it were his own. Ralph is polite and helpful and I remember how courteous he was to me the very first time I came in to do my laundry. It feels safe and fun here. There are TVs and wifi and the laundromat is completely automated. Ralph is more that happy to help you and he remembers who you are and greets you familiarly when you come through the door.

Im here as Im writing this... Washers cost $2, $3, $5, $6, or $9. The ones that cost $2 hold a maximum of 2 loads, the ones that cost $3 hold a maximum of 3 loads, etc. Dryers cost $0.25 for every 7 minutes. You can load your laundry card using card or cash... They dont charge for laundry cards, but you do have to add a minimum of $5. They have free Wi-Fi and 4 flat screens. The only downside is that its pretty hot in here, doesnt feel like the a/c is on...

Open 24 hours! Clean, friendly attendants, clean restrooms, plenty of modern machines. Washers range from $2-$5 per load. Dryers are .25 cents for 15 minutes. Wash/dry/vending machines accept cards that you fill up at kiosks with your atm/credit card or $1/$5/$10/$20 bills. There is a change machine to break down your large bills. The only downside (which is why I gave 4/5 stars) is that the machines or attendants do not accept quarters.

If I Could give 0 stars i would! This place says it is "air conditioned" its hotter inside than outside.. theres a sign that attandant would be back shortly he never showed in the 1 hr and 45 mins i was there.... the machines say one price on the screen and when u choose hot water it takes an extra 0.25 cents... I would rather wash by hand than to come back here!!

This laundry mat is so clean! Very friendly staff, however, Chris is a bit mean and harsh. I lost $2.25 from a washer and he did nothing and said "he cant do anything about it". All the other staff is lovely, very helpful. If Chris is working, its best to just wait until the other staff comes in.

Machines dont take money directly. The machines all take laundry card where you load money onto card and insert card into machine, which is cool but there is $5.00 minimum to be deposited onto card. I just want to dry ONE load, would be 3 quarters.
