I would give it zero stars but thats not an option. I brought in several silk tops and a dress a couple of days ago. I picked up the clothing today, and noticed when I got home that one of the silk blouses had several --about 7 --large tears which appeared to be from dry cleaning chemicals. Its basically sheared with several holes. Needless to say, when I brought it in it didnt look like that. I paid $100 for this top at Saks Fifth about a month ago. The owner, Melissa, would not listen to what I had to say and insisted that the top was worn from wearing. I explained that it was not possible as I had only had it about a month and had not worn it that degree. I also explained that I when I brought it in a couple of days ago, she inspected it upon receiving and made no mention of holes because they werent there! In short, she refused to take responsibility for damaging my personal property. She offered free drying cleaning gift card. Really??? Why in the world would I trust my clothing to someone who obviously does not care about her customers property? She refused to reimburse me for damaging my shirt. She kept telling me to think about it if I wanted to get a credit for drying cleaning. Melissa, why dont you think about doing whats right and reimbursing me for damaging my blouse??? Bring your clothing here at your own risk because Melissa will not accept responsibility!!!!

They just raised prices approximately 18% to 3.25 a shirt was an ok cleaners, we have about 8 shirts a week done here, now Ill go to Reagle cleaners 2.75 a shirt...I understand and increase, however it should have went to 2.95 or 3.00 a shirt

This is the worst place to go to.... they know nothing about custmer service. adn they dont do a good job. Their alteration is terable. I will never go back or recomment anyone to the place.
