We live in the east Valley, many miles from Sparklean, but weve used their residential pick-up and delivery service several times, now, and are very pleased with the results. Theyve always been courteous, on schedule, and followed our washing instructions to the letter. Theyve handled tiny things and huge things, insignificant things and heirloom things, all professionally, and have been able to remove stains and "mystery marks" that we could not get out even after several tries with different home products. Unlike laundry services that are located closer to us, they dont nickle and dime us for things like scent-free detergent and softener, stain removal, or other little extras that are important to us. The only thing they charge extra for is something extra bulky or heavy like a sleeping bag or comforter, and we dont think thats unreasonable. Considering the distance and gas prices, their delivery charge isnt bad at all. When Ive called other services on the phone to ask questions about their location, hours, charges, etc., they have all been ignorant of their own policies or rather rude (or both, in one case), but Ben, at Sparklean, has always been pleasant and knows everything he should. So far, theyve never let us down in any way. Sparklean, we are extremely glad we found you!

We used this company to launder our linens for our business. It was nothing but mistakes, week after week. Linens would come without covers on them despite we told them that we have a rental company and couldnt give our clients linens without covers. I also told them we needed our linens labeled (several times) but they wouldnt label them. They would fold our linens so many times that we had to iron them before renting them out. They also delivered our linens in a trash bin not hung up like our previous linen cleaning company. They also overcharged us one time by hundreds of dollars for linens that werent ours. They have horrible customer service and Ben is very prideful. Instead of just apologizing and making things right, he is willing to loose customers. I dont think this business will survive unless they change their ways..I wouldnt recommend them to anyone!

After searching all over town for a clean, at-least-halfway modern, card operated laundromat I was able to google this place. One of the few to have a web presence and a live person answering the phones. The only cons are the neighborhood and the minimal folding space in comparison to the mid-day crowds. When i arrived, I had the place mostly to myself. By 11am it was INSANELY packed. However, all the facilities works very well, the place was kept up and the card system worked very well. Also, very happy about the little sitting tables neat the TV showing childrens broadcast TV shows since I had my littles in tow. That was about a month ago and I am heading back today. Hope this recent and positive review helps counter the improper post by the guy very obviously at the wrong place!

As a small business owner, service and honesty is very important. I found Sparklean Laundry over a year ago when my business needs changed and I found myself needing hundreds of sheets washed every week. Ben, the owner, was the only laundry service that actually called me back in a timely manner and his prices were competitive. I have loved using them! Ben is great to work with because you can tell that he cares about his business. I have never had any problems with his staff or drivers and if there are any sheet issues, Ben is always quick to resolve them. I dont go to laundromats that often and when I have in the past they are usually not very clean and you cant find good assistance. Here at Sparklean it is very clean, nice and cool. There are snack/beverage machines, video games, nice tables to sit and wait, and even a massage chair. This is the place to do laundry! The staff (Anjelica) was EXTREMELY helpful. She, basically held my hand through the whole process with getting a laundry card and showing me how to use the BIG washing machine for my comforters. I could have not been more pleased with the dedication to service. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone. .

Working with Ben and the Sparklean Laundry team was an absolute dream!! They assisted us in setting up bi-weekly pick-up laundry service for an employee with 7 foster children. The laundry was always returned on-time, and came back folded and sparkling clean, which was a feat considering that we asked them to provide a large scale service so often. Ben was easy to work with and accommodated all of our requests. We couldnt have asked for a better set-up and are beyond appreciative of his services. I 100% recommend using Sparklean Laundry for all of your laundry services and needs.

To all the customers that come in and complain about the AC, stop whining. You come in for a few moments of the day and complain about the heat in Phoenix. Its Phoenix. Phoenix is hot. Sparklean does not import heat and store it there just to make you feel bad. Stop and think about who is really having a harder time with the heat, you coming from your air conditioned car to whine about the heat or the people that have to actually work there all day everyday in the heat that you cant stand even for the few minutes out of your day.

The facility was clean and appeared to have modern machines. I dropped off a comforter to have it laundered after my washing machine broke mid-cycle. It was ready at the time promised. I brought the comforter in a plastic tote and they returned it to me safe and sound, as well. I didnt give them the best rating because its not located on the best part of town, and Id be a little concerned about going there after dark. If you can avoid those hours, though, its a decent place.

It is very nice and clean the younger ladies are very helpful and respectful. I had a problem my clothes came out smelling like sewer and I repoeted it to the manager an older lady she was very rude and mean she even spoke in Spanish she thought I didnt speak Spanish says that it was my fault that I did not put enough soap. She is mean rude and disrespectful I will never visit this laundry mat in my life.

In the future, if you have a weight restriction on your laundry service (ie, laundry must be >10lbs), please mention that to people who call in, who are from out-of-town, driving all over hells half-acre, just to wash some clothes! I drove 9 miles out of my way, because you said you washed clothes, only to be turned away because I didnt have 10lbs worth! I would have paid whatever you wanted to do it!

This place is clean and coin free (laundry card required. New card is $2.00). Staff is friendly and helpful. Largest machine washes 8 loads for $7.09. Dryers range in size and largest dryer is $0.69 per 12 minutes. Free wifi, TVs, arcade games, vending machines and a massage chair. Restrooms and laundry service available. Gets a bit warm during the summer.

Awesome place and great people...really well maintained, but ask if your unfamiliar with the equipment Four Six and Eight load washers available as well as oversize dryers Use cash (bills) or card...to get laundry card (1$ deposit on card so new card with ten dollar bill has 9$ spendable)...every was adds points toward bonus cash on card...
