The owner of Harvest performed a satisfactory job of cleaning our carpet. Once he was finished, I gave him my debit card information. He called the main office with the card information to process our payment, wrote us a receipt, and left. (Note, when I was a little leery of him writing down my card information on a slip of paper and leaving my home, he stated to me that I could "trust him because he was the owner".) Two full months later, much to our surprise and confusion, we received a letter saying our account was past due for the full amount of the service. No problem, we figured, because we could prove we paid with the receipt. The owner said the receipt wasnt a receipt at all, but was an invoice, and even though he remembered us giving him the card, he insisted we still never paid. Several frustrating phone calls later, we discovered he "thought" they may have shredded out information before ever processing it (or my full card information could be floating around somewhere...). And instead of apologizing for their mistake, made it all out to be OUR fault. I never wouldve expected such horrendous customer service from a local business. I will never give them another cent of my money, and I recommend you avoid them at all costs too, unless youd like to pay twice for the same thing.

I found the pride in craft amazing as this cleaner worked on my carpet until it was perfectly clean--better than I remember when it was new 10 years ago. They wouldnt let me take it until it met their standards and I paid nothing extra. Bravo

Quick and professional! Our carpets looked great after their visit! We were impressed that all the furniture was on little Styrofoam squares until the carpet dried! Would have them do it again!
