Well I always came here to get my dry cleaning and alterations for over a year now all of a sudden their prices went up but that not really the problem. My mom came in for an alteration on two pairs of brand new pants I just got. And they told my mom they were full of cat hair and its their policy they cant alternate pants if there full of hair and it has to be mandatory dry cleaning on top of an alteration charge so I call them back and ask not to do anything to them Ill pick them up and go else were. Well I picked them up and theres no cat hair, mild if not barley lint and when I arrived to pick up my pants the lady handed me my pant rolled up in a ball like they kicked them in a corner with a stink face anyways horrible service do not go in ps two pairs of pants just wanted to cut them shorter from a length of 38 to 32 was going to cost me 38 bucks so yeah.......

This company also owns Als Cleaners & by far the WORST business I have EVER been a customer at. I shouldve known based on their cheap prices. The last 2 pants I took there were expensive and treated as if they costed 1 cent! They were severly stained and when I took them back they kept giving me the run around. I went back at least 7 times to get an update and to talk to the owner or manager. The lady assisting me cared less if I got my issues resolved. She would not rely my messages and couldnt even guide me on what to do. The owner refused to talk to me and would avoid me. It has been at least 5 months and the owner has yet to return my million calls & messages. BY FAR THE WORST PLACE EVER!!

Overpriced with awful customer service. I went in the morning and dropped off a bundle of clothes. The woman at the front told me she couldnt give me a price because she had to enter it into the computer. I was the only person in there and she told me to leave. She couldnt even tell me the price of anything because "It all depends". When I called in she said it was going to be $50 for 7 items. They didnt do any miracle work for the price theyre charging, the stains they claimed couldnt be removed are easily taken care of where I usually go for $2.50. Dont leave until they give you a total, I wouldnt have left my clothes if I knew how overpriced they are.

Dont ever drop something off in the am and expect it to be done in the pm ..dropped off my outfit to be sewn..went to pick it up when promised, the worker couldnt find it @ first...because it was left in a corner, and never done. Was wearing the outfit that evening for my bday outing. Never will I goto this establishment or send anyone here. TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!! Four days later finally am able to reach owner, he says he heard about the problem but to fix it wanted to offer me a 10% discount. ..JOKES. .because I gave a bad review...well it looks like Im not the only one that has had a problem..Ive told everyone I know to never go there!!

Horrible customer service, the atmosphere is ridiculously unsanitary and looks very dirty and unpleasant to the eye, as well they have no control over communicatiin within thier staff. Disorganized and they lost a piece of my daughters promotion dress, and yet havent even attempt to apologize or find a solution for me. I do not leave any reviews, this is my first, I cannot tolerate how unprofessional these dry cleaners were, definitely would not recommend.

Wow the responses from the owner seem very condescending instead of trying to make the customer experience better the owner has an explanation for everything. Maybe the owner should try training his employees in customer service and listen to the customers instead of justifying poor customer service. Who cares about your years of service its not like you have many laundromats anyway...

Horrible!!! I went to get some pants altered and I was told that the lady only works m-f 7am-3pm so I got off work early and I get there at 2:55 and get told the lady only works here til 3 for customers... it wasnt even 3 yet so what a waste of time. Not very working people friendly at all! I guess they rather have u take ur business else where

Corral is pretty okay for a Laundromat. The only suggestions I have are to get some new washers and dryers, because some of the dryers dont really work, and to fix the pluming issue that occurred today. The only problem is the people sometimes arent the best, but what can you do? Haha! On a side note, The owners responses are savage AF.

Quite obvious from responses that the company is confident that they will make money with or without positive reviews. Cant stand business that prey on lower end communities simply because they know there are no other choices.
