Started to wash my truck and placed about 20 Tokens in the thing. The spray worked fine but the soap brush wasnt working. Upon further inspection the brush handle broke from the hose. And the hose wasnt dispensing soap.. so about 12 minutes of pure pressure washing my truck with no soap... I went to speak to management about it and the lady in the front had a nice attitude about what I wanted and I dont think she even understood me. Didnt bother to help. She said no ones here that can help you. I asked if she could contact her manager about me coming back another day and she said no.. I Just lost 10 bucks. As they are tokens not quarters and wouldnt give me the money back. Lesson learned check to see if brush works prior to shoving a ton of quarters in.

I only need to go to the laundromat when I need to wash big things, like a 50 lb king size denim quilt that I wash at the end of the cold season. They have three of the big washers and it works out perfectly. You know it says 6 loads, but its just one giant king quilt. If I had comforters, I would wash them here as well. The place is always clean, the attendant seems friendly enough. My stuff comes out clean. I just sit quietly while my stuff washes and then I am on my way. Seems safe and quiet to me. One note though - you really only need a dribble of detergent. Any more than that in the big washers and youll have to keep washing to rinse out all the detergent. I learned that one the hard way.

Wow!! Yup! This Will Be My #1 Favorite Laundromat In Phoenix! This Laundromat Is Clean, I Mean Speck And Spam! Its Worth Coming To Do A Load. If You Notice Its Hot Once You Come In...Thats Because The Driers Are That Hot To Do Their Job In The First Place, Im Happy! :-) Plus The Lady Who Works There Was Super Nice And Made Sure The Floors Always Kept Clean, As Well As The Top&Bottoms Of The Machines. She Would Always Wipe Them Down Whenever A Customer Is Done With Their Machine. Good Job

If i could give no stars i would it was filthy the clerk was rude a washer ate my money and she told me the washer didnt even show that i put money in it i kept saying thats because it ate the money she was standing infront of me when it happened too there was only about 7 in total working washers very dusty dryer sheets every where trash to whole time i was there the clerk sat down on her phone talking never again am i going here

Resiculous. The hot on one of the washers I used didnt work, but it started trying to run the cycle anyway. Dry. I didnt notice until six of the twenty five minute cycle had elapsed. Not only did the attendant refuse to help me, she just walked away! She said something along the lines of Im not giving you any money. I dont want money, I just want my clothes wet before the rinse cycle starts.

I only go to the laundromat on special occasions-- like lice or explosive diarrhea. But this place is the best. The attendant is helpful and sweet. The other patrons are respectful. There is even a sweet old pacman game. Makes my tragedies seem less so...
