DONT DO IT!!! Horrible customer service, deceiving coupons, and an unresponsive and dodging manager/owner... adds up to a whole bunch of nothing. I used a coupon on the back of a Frys Grocery Store receipt that read the following: "$1.50 each - Shirts with $10 minimum drycleaning order." When I went to pay for the shirts (once they were cleaned) the worker said the total for 9 dress shirts was roughly $36. I showed her the coupon. Her only reply was it doesnt count for womens shirts. I told her thats not what was quoted when I dropped them off. She didnt care in the least. I asked for the phone number of the manager/owner. The next day I called him and had to leave a message with a worker. He didnt call back. I called him two days later and left another message with a worker. I followed this routine for the next two weeks until it was apparent the manager/owner was not going to call back and address the issue.

Well I have been coming here for 3 months without issues. Then all of a sudden WITHOUT NOTICE... they started to charge me $4.00 per shirt when I was paying $2.50 per shirt. Reason? Because my work shirts(which are standard Stanford shirts) were not 100% cotton...and they charged me 4.00 times 24 shirts!!! Curve ball and no communication with me at all. As a customer when a business representative tells me the pricing of my clothing...then changes it....you gotta SPEAK UP!!! If I knew I would have went to my other place that doesnt charge me for 20 % cotton %20 bullshit %60 rip off. Lost business that I will be sure to tell everyone on social media in the local area within a 15 mile radius. Wrong person to rip off.
