The owner here was a tad bit rude and condescending when she approached me about the amount of water I had been using at one of the sinks. She had been under the impression I had been running the water non-stop (I had not been doing that at all) Maybe she wasnt trying to sound so hostile; but Im just saying how it came across. Secondly I was in the middle of a conversation with someone else which she interrupted and almost came across as though she was trying to scold me. It was just a bit to aggressive in mine opinion. I very much appreciate her efforts to helps save the environment and her water bill etc. Im also quite sure she was probably just a bit stressed and tired that day perhaps. I am just trying to saying ideally it would be better if paying customers were not made to feel as though they were just a loitering vagrant or something like that. Other than that they place is clean; there is managements on site which is good (as long as your not being yelled at or scolded) and its an Eco-Friendly place. Again I can understand why she had the impression she had; but to make a long story short it was a bit off; and I just would have preferred a polite request. All this being said she still didnt lose my business; as I had return afterwards in the future. Overall the place is above average with it cleanliness and order in comparison to some of the other laundromats I have been to. Ive been to quite a few with all the traveling I do, and its nice to not be in a place that feel grungy are worn down and ghetto, or with broken down machines and hoodlums running around causing problems. Ive been to some places where I feel like they should probably have a security guard for crying out loud. Thank God I can try to avoid places like that by checking out online reviews beforehand. If your that stressed over your water bill which is the explanation I was given for why I was approached perhaps you could post a friendly reminder above the sinks. Keep in mind often times people using places like this may be exhausted, tired, and worn out from traveling and possibly a bit out of it or absent minded. This is probably better then seething in frustration over the possible cluelessness of future patrons who just have other things on their mind perhaps. Thanks and I hope this doesnt come across as snarky because that isnt my intent at all.

***poor experience and rude service with dry cleaning job*** Im a musician and am frequently required to perform in front of large groups of people. I took a very nice black shirt here a few weeks ago and picked it up right before a trip. It was my mistake to not immediately check that the job had been completed properly. When I unpacked my suitcase, I was embarrassed to wear this shirt at my performance because white rings around both underarms remained prominent. These are caused by sweat, but are very simple to get out at any decent dry cleaning business. I returned last week with the same shirt to have it cleaned for a trip this weekend. I explained nicely what had happened and just requested that they make note to take extra care of removing the stains. She said of course... I picked it up today, checked right then and there, and the stains were still there. I told the clerk what happened and asked why they remain. She said "They tried their best." (This is a simple and easy white sweat stain on a black shirt, never had problems like this before) I asked for a refund, and she rudely refused to give me one since "the service has been completed." I tried to explain that it wasnt actually completed, because my shirt was still dirty... But she rudely refused and continued to avoid proper conversation etiquette by folding clothes and not bothering to face me as we talked. I kindly told her that I will be taking my business elsewhere. Dont pay for a job that cant get done... Especially when other places can do it quicker, better, and with more kindness.

I found this location when I needed to find a laundromat close to thw highway. (101) This Laundromat has some great things about it. I love the modern machines and the layout. They offer machines from single loads, 2,3,5, & 6 loads. The machines are spread out where the customers are not on top of each other. They have adequate vending for your thirst, hunger, and laundry needs. I also love the fact that the attendant is in the open and not behind a cage or in a back room. They also have several televisions with different stations to keep you entertained while you wait for your laundry to finish. The restroom was fairly clean but lacking supplies. downside is this is one of the most expensive laundromats I have been to. Washers run 75 cents higher per load than a competitor. This location could use a sweep of the floor. The parking is a little tight but that is beyond their control. Due to the fact that I live in Maricopa, I probably will not return to this location. There is a smaller, cleaner, and more affordable laundromat in Chandler which meets all of my needs. The owner from that laundromat also answers every review for his business which displays a willingness to make his business better for his customers. It also builds trust which I gave his location 5 stars. He is also a vet which makes me proud to go there.

Ive been coming here for years and love it here. Im even close to a girl that works here. ..that all just changed. The minute my bf and I walked in, the girl working here (chin length brownish red hair) gave us a dirty look. I never seen her here before. A few minutes later after finishing my first load she walked by to tell me that I only need half a cup of bleach. Two minutes later putting in another load on the other side where 2 loads are located, she walks by to watch me. BTW, there are approx 20 other people here. When I am retrieving my first wash she purposely makes it difficult for me to walk by here and while I am loading it in the dryer she walks over to watch me. .yet again. Just to recap, she has singled me out over 3 times in 20 minutes..all I am doing is washing my clothes. I have not said a word to this woman, but she has made it clear that I am not welcomed here. NO ONE ELSE HAS RECIEVED THIS TREATMENT. If you are wanting a place were you will be treated fairly no matter who you are, this is not the place for you. Ill never come here again. I loved it here for over 4yrs. This is a place if discrimination and hate. Stay away.

Not bad for getting my clothes done. They have several machines at several load sizes. They keep pretty clean also. The prices seem a little more than other places but it makes sense with how well this places is taken care of. Usually an attendant on site doing a good job. **Edit** This place was nice up until a new hire denied me from washing my clothes because it was 9:45pm and they close at 10:30pm. Never had a problem with the regular workers until a new girl started working there. Said last wash she would allow was at 9:30pm. I asked if I could still at least wash my clothes and take them wet once it hit 10:30pm but she wouldnt have it. I couldve raised a big deal but didnt want to start yelling and causing a scene but I felt I needed to at least change my review and hope it makes others aware of what can happen to them. Was flustered she denied me even if I offered to take my clothes wet in order to not stay past the 10:30pm close time. That wouldnt have caused any issue to her. I was willing to respect the close time but still. Have been going here for almost a year and this is the first time I had any issue.
