I needed a button up shirt dry cleaned and ready by the next evening. I called OrganiCare, after online searching the area, and spoke with a young lady who was so helpful. She informed me my shirt would be ready by the next afternoon if dropped off by closing. I asked a few questions, she knew her products well and the price was great. I dropped off the shirt and there were 2 young ladies working, one being the young lady I spoke with earlier. Their customer service was outstanding! It was above and beyond, which is rare as customer service seems to be going down the drain. They were so friendly and helpful! I picked up my shirt the next afternoon and it looked nice! So crisp, not one wrinkle. It was perfect for the occasion. I will definitely use this place for my dry cleaning as they not only clean shirts, but they can clean other things as well (blankets, sheets, comforters, etc). They do not accept cash. Card only. I would definitely recommend this place, as well.

they do not read labels and shrunk, ruined two very expensive pairs of slacks. the manager solution was store credit. you ruined two pair why would i want $600 worth of cleaning . the customer service they did not contact me when i attached a note to contact me. they did not respond to email. i had to go in i was not satisfied with the offer. when i left upset. someone called me, who even through his own employees under the bus those that sort can clean the clothing, it should not have taken me having to drive there to get a response. the advantage of pick up and delivery is not worth being out $600.00

Vast improvement over my previous go-to dry cleaners. Extremely organized and full-service. They clearly have lots of important customers from those buildings downtown and they do a good job catering to that crowd by giving you a nice personalized "bag" (not sure what its called) to keep your stuff fresh. Friendly girls at the front desk, too. Always smiling and friendly, making jokes, but genuine and not part of that forced greeting trend.

I have been a client of Organic Cleaners since it opened. I love the fresh smelling sweaters that are perfectly placed on the hanger to avoid any creases. But, I was just introduced to wet cleaning my linens. I feel like I am sleeping on a cloud. They are softer than any other fabric, and I have worked with fabrics all my life. Everybody should send their linens to Organic and enjoy the heavenly feel. J. Flowers

Brought a cashmere sweater in to get dry cleaned when I got it back it had holes in it. I brought it back they told me a manager would call me when they reviewed it after 3 days and no call I called them. They told me it didnt happen there and all they can do is give me a store credit. Why would I want a store credit when the last thing i brought you got damaged.

I entrusted my wedding gown cleaning to OrganiCare and was not disappointed! They did a great job at removing dingy coloring along the bottom of my off-the-rack gown, were very professional and helpful, and got the job done in no time. Definitely would recommend for everyday dry cleaning and for special dry cleaning needs.

This place does not understand the concept of actually cleaning your items. Second time Ive had to take back coats to be dry cleaned because they leave them on worse condition Ive brought them in. I will never go back here. They just dont know what theyre doing.please save yourself the hassle and do not come here.

VERY expensive. Over $3 for your average mens business shirt. Nice people, but they couldnt justify why they were so much more expensive than everywhere else.
