Have been coming here with my grown children to do our laundry while we save for our own set. The girls working here are nice. Today i went in to do 12 loads . One machine filled up with cold water when set on high. Never warmed up. The girl called her manager (has to use her own cell) she reset the machine just as it was done with the wash cycle. They were my white, uniforms and I told attendant these needed to be hot to sanitize. So she reset the machine to start over, we both felt the water and it was hot. Seemed like a nice service gester, right? Wrong! A few minutes later the girl came back and said the manager wanted me to pay for the extra load! I confirmed that I was expected to pay for a load that didnt run proper nor all the way?! She seemed embarrassed but said it was the managers say so. I paid it but asked her to make sure and tell him and the owner I will not be back and I will tell everyone about this. After this my grown daughter was furious, and got the manager on the phone and simply put he called her a liar, was rude, condescending and said we must have had it set on cold. Needless to say we will NEVER go back. The money wasnt the issue, rather the principle of good customer service.

Very clean! Cool coin laundry behind Sake Bomber. The machines look new and the staff was very friendly. Also, they didnt stop cleaning the entire time I was there. The store also has dry cleaning and alterations.

Coin operated laundromat. Decent hours. The only thing Id complain about is the clientele. Someone is always coughing or just generally sick and its not the laundromat.
