This was a mistake. I had stains on three t-shirts that I didnt have time to remove myself so I took them to the dry cleaner to charge me five and a half dollars per shirt to have them stain removed. I know seems kind of pricey but I was paying for convenience. until I brought the shirts home and they still had stains on them the person I called said that I had to call them back after they talk to their manager after I called them back they told me they couldnt refund me until Wednesday or I could bring my shirts in on Monday and have them re clean because they werent going to be cleaning over the weekend . I explain to them that I was going on vacation on Saturday 6 a.m. and had a flight to catch and that wasnt an option and they told me there was nothing they could do for me.here is a picture of their results for "stain removal"

I have tried and tried to find a dry cleaner within a reasonable distance of where I live, that had same day service. Let me repeat that, SAME DAY SERVICE! I thought I found the right one, at last, their website even claimed Delivery! Whoo! But, lo and behold, no delivery of any kind for my area. :( And the other claim, One Hour, Hahaahaaa, no. I do not care if there are a lot of customers needing things to be cleaned, if you claim you can get something done in an hour, in the NAME of your store for instance, then you must come through with that promise. Otherwise, youre just another dishonest hack. Thats what I think about this place, just another dishonest bunch, like so many other cleaners Ive found. Im so sick and tired and frustrated. I give up.

i love the service here! i recall first coming here about two years ago, and i remember they had great service. i recently moved back to AZ and dropped off two dresses to clean and they did a fabulous job. i looove these dresses and feared something bad might happen but i was pleasantly surprised. now i can buy my clothes without having to worry that some cleaners is going to ruin them because i know where to take my clothes! the staff is very amiable too! youll notice that even with laundered blouses/dresses and dress shirts they do quality work. ive been coming back here since ive been back here and they do not disappoint. thank you ladies!

Dry cleaning is the bane of my existence. All of my shirts must be fitted or altered (I am an oddly shaped guy after all) which means they are an investment. After having several issues with repeated damage at other cleaner (see my previous reviews) I heard about One Hour Martinizing. Judy and the entire gang have done a great job on my clothes. The price is fair. Service and quality is excellent. They are reliable. My clothes look great. Most importantly....MY CLOTHES DONT GO MISSING AND ARE NEVER RIPPED!.

Be sure to ask the prices on their dry cleaning before leaving your clothing. I have never been charged $8 for a simple dress and I didnt think at the time to ask their prices. Upon picking up 5 dresses 2 days later, not even express, my bill was $45! I looked on their website and didnt see any of their prices listed. So, just to check again, I called the store inquiring about the price of dry cleaning a simple dress and was told $9.95! My advice, check prices upon drop-off so you dont have any surprises.

I have been going here for years and I only had to bring one item back for re-ironing. I have had mostly dry cleaning, but Ive also done quilts, pillows, etc over the years. The staff is great and they have all been there forever too. To me that says a lot about the business. The owner Judy is there a lot and she is a very nice lady. I love supporting her business and I love the drive thru. Its so convenient. I have NEVER had anything lost or damaged or late.

If I could give the store a zero I would. I arrived at 9:45am to drop off clothes for as the store is named "one hour" dry cleaning. I was told they couldnt do it because the clothes had to be there before 10. I informed them that I was, it was only 9:45. That had to call the manager and I was thus informed if I wanted them pressed they could do it, but for cleaning they had already shut down the machine. Talk about false advertising ! A huge disappointment

I used this One Hour Martinizing location for 12 years, as it was very close to work. They never disappointed me, not once. Prices are great, quality is excellent, and staff is friendly. Then I retired and now I live in North Scottsdale , 16 miles north of this cleaner . For a year I tried dry cleaner after dry cleaner close to home. None came close to this One Hour Martinizing location. So I returned. The 16 mile drive is worth it!

They were unable to clean my garment, which had some grey grease and exhaust smudges on the front. After a free re-cleaning, my jacket continued to be almost as stained as when I first brought it in, and the staff was not willing to refund my money. Other than that, the service was fast and the staff very friendly. I would therefore probably still recommend this place as long as the services needed were for minor stains only.

We were in a jam on Presidents Day and needed to clean 8 uniforms the same day and this dry cleanng crew Maria, Judy and Nina will no notice really pulled it off. We went to 2 other nearby cleaners and the could not provide the same day service. This Martinizing has their own full dry cleaning and pressing plant equipment on site! No middle persons to go through for service. Must give them a try you will be well pleased!

I needed same day service. I was told to have my dry cleaning there by 10am I could pick up by 1. I dropped off four suits and seven dress shirts. The dress shirts were clean and sharp pressing. The pricing was cheaper than two other cleaners in Tempe. I called one other dry cleaner in Tempe that no longer does same day cleaning. They also have a drive thru. Nice staff

worse cleaners EVER!!! DONT bring your comforters here or anything else for that matter. First dropped off and picked up 4 days later still not clean. Had REDO and picked up 4 days later had DOG hair all over it. I dont own any dogs or pets at all. tried to get refund from owner and she basically insulted me out the door. REALLY?! for twenty dollars?! Shame on you!!!

We had a stain on our comforter that no one could get out. Judy and her crew were able to address is quickly. This is the third place I tried as other cleaners told me they could not clean my comforter without ruining it. As a result, we will take all of our business to this great place. Thank you!

My first experience with them was good. For second time they lost my shirt. And last time they literally did not clean my shirts collars. I told them about that, but they even did not offer me to wash them. I took picture of the shirts, you can see them in "photos". Ill never go back there.
