TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. The business practices here are shady at best and this shop cannot and should not be trusted. After discussing return policies with the owner, James, he assured me the fabric would be fine and should they become ruined, compensation would be made. I made the mistake of trusting him with my garments and sure enough, two dress shirts came back ruined. Compensation was denied when asked for it on the two shirts. Reimbursement for the service was not offered. Also, they have a dog roaming in their work area amongst customers garments so if you are allergic to dogs, be advised you may encounter problems. The bottom line is that you should do yourself a favor and FIND A DIFFERENT DRY CLEANER!

I dont know what the other review was ALL about but i certainly had the best Customer service in this place. I would highly recommend this dry cleaners, they have great helpful and friendly staff and PRICES CAN NOOOOOT BE BEAT for the service and quality that they provide.The store is always clean.They took the stain out of my dress that i thought never could come out and even fixed a little stitch while they had it too. Great place.This IS the only place i will retun too,because they take care of my cloths. thank you Ultra Klean.

I dropped my cleaning off on Tuesday and the girl said it would be done the next day. I came in on Thursday and the guy working the counter said it wasnt ready, and I could come again on the weekend. I came on Sunday and picked up my shirt and pants, only to discover that none of the stains had been removed. They still charged me full price, despite the poor service. Pro tip: inspect your clothes thoroughly before paying and dont pay a dime if your stains are not removed. For all you know, they were never cleaned.

I was very disappointed with this dry cleaning service. The service was very expensive ($25 for a full size comforter?), and I had to wait 4 days to pick it up. Unfortunately, after 4 days, I returned to pick up my items, and an item still was not complete. I was forced to return the next day to pick up the rest of my items, and no discount (or even excuse) was offered. I definitely will not be returning to this business.

A great family run business! Great customer service, clean facility and reasonable prices. Ive been a customer for a couple of years now and couldnt imagine going elsewhere. The owner goes the extra mile for his customers which is rare these days. Not sure why a few would give bad reviews, Ive never had issues nor witnessed anything which would warrant a low rating.

I have been coming here for a couple years now, and they are the best. Always very friendly, extremely clean facility with great customer service every time. The prices are really great versus their competitors around Tempe too. I feel like they recognize me with a smile every time I walk in, which makes this neighborhood business one Ill keep going back to.

I brought 14 items - dress slacks, several dress shirts and a few very delivate "club" shorts that require special handling. James, the clerk/owner or manager was very informative and assured me they would all come out nicely. He was very courteous and professional. I will follow up this review on the quality of the service in a couple of days. So far, excellent.

Ive been going here for 4 years. I dont live in town so I do my laundry and dry clean my airline uniform here. The laundry facilities are clean, the dry cleaning is professionally done, the people who frequent the facility are ALL nice. I truly appreciate the attention given to me by James and Lara. Always a good experience..

The service here is excellent. The owner is friendly and professional and the prices are better than some of the other nearby cleaners that I have been to. They were even able to fix a dress I thought was for sure ruined when I tried to get a spot out on my own. Highly Recommended.
