Beware of this "CHEAP" $1.75 (w/coupon) prepaid cleaners ruining your clothes. CHEAP being the operative word. Since I DONT iron, I have used these cleaners for most of my work clothes. (Both the Eastern and Sahara location is owned by the same couple). Now Im not saying I have designer items, just some nice DKNY, Fossil, Calvin Klein , etc. For the MOST part, for the $1.75 these folks did good work. I dropped off a cotton blend sweater to be dry-cleaned. I had worn this sweater 3 times MAX and it was in PRISTINE condition. My husband picked it up along with the other items and I put it on about 2 weeks later. I got to work & noticed FOUR tears in the material on the lower right behind the pocket. I took it off & and the tag was hanging from a thread as well-on a $90.00 light cardigan. I took it back with ANOTHER load of dry cleaning and spoke with the female "owner" who basically told me I was a liar. (keep in mind I have used this cleaners and seen this owner a couple of times a month at least for two years.) She said that they have four "inspectors" that look at each item, that if I dropped it off two or three weeks before, why was I JUST wearing it, AND it couldnt POSSIBLY be brand new because of the "pilling" on the sweater (wasnt there before). When I asked her if she thought I was lying, she said I was "mistaken". She was adamant that this was ALL me and never offered any apology, restitution NOTHING!!!

I had called on the phone the day before and spoke to a lady if i can get same day service and she sounded really nice over the phone. When i get to the dry cleaner the next morning im expecting the same lady that was really nice to me on the phone. Well Nooooo. All the front employess had an attitude, Didnt even smile. Didnt even say good morning, its like they didint want to be there, And if they dont like there job they should look for another one! Im NEVER going back to that place again or recommending it to anyone. BAD BAD BAD service!!!

I had used this dry cleaners at the Henderson locations for years. I moved up west and was pleased to see they had this location too. Until I went in. I dealt with the rude staff for a few years but I have had enough. I am more than happy to pay 3 times the amount for a nice staff. I have never met employees who were so rude. Dont waste your time or money here unless you want to be belittled and treated poorly.

Went back with a dress because spots were not taken out and the old man behind the counter tells me go some where else then and hands me $2 refund ,So I did go elsewhere and they took the spots out and were even polite ..

Ive been coming here for a year and a half never had a problem. Never had an issue with the clothes dry cleaned or laundered. The prices are the best in town when you sign up for coupons through text messages!

Absolutely awful service. Owners should pay more attention on actual dry cleaning instead of trying to sell the wifes useless crap. Go across the street next to Jimmy Johns. Much better service.

The dont dry clean its a lie they iron your clothes I will never go back here in fact im not sure how they are still in buisness. I wish I read the reviews before going here.
