THIS DRY CLEANERS IS HORRIBLE!!! THEY DAMAGED MY SHIRT AND ACTED LIKE THEY DIDNT DO IT!! DONT GO TO SAME DAY CLEANERS THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!I took 12 button down dress shirts to Same Day Cleaners the week of Jan 25, 2010 to be dry cleaned. All the shirts where dry cleaned fine with the exception of 1 shirt which had a stain on the front and back of the shirt in the shape of an ironing board. The stain had a red shade to it. Upon noticing the stain I took the shirt back to Same Day Cleaners on Saturday, February 6th 2010 to see what they could do about the damage that was done to the shirt. The person working at the front, "Manny" said that they would see if they could clean the shirt and contact me on Monday, the 8th of February or sooner. Since I hadnt heard from Same Day Cleaners all day on the 8th and knowing that they close around 7 or 8pm I decided to stop by to see if my shirt had been cleaned or to check on a reimbursement for the price I paid for the shirt. The owner stated that they did not do the damage to the shirt and that they make sure to button the top button of all shirts that theyve cleaned. He told me that they would not do anything about my damaged shirt and that I had it dry cleaned 2 weeks ago. The employee named "Manny" that had helped me when I first brought all 12 shirts in to be dry cleaned and the second time when I came in to get the shirt cleaned again or reimbursed for said he sees lots of customers and he couldnt remember me. I told them that I was completely disgusted that they would not do anything for me and that I would be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The price I paid for the shirt was $89.95 plus tax at Nordstroms in the Fashion Show Mall in Las Vegas, NV. I WANT EVERYONE TO BE AWARE OF THE WAY THIS DRY CLEANERS RIPS PEOPLE OFF!!! THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CLOTHES AND ACT LIKE THEY DIDNT DO IT!!!I

First time I ever used a service for my work shirts. I asked the lady behind the counter about my shirts because with a few small stains, I wasnt sure if I should launder or dry clean them. She barely knew enough english to communicate that she did not know, the guys in the morning could answer my questions, and my shirts would be ready by 2pm. There was also a girl sitting at the alteration desk, feet kicked up, not even trying to help. But I figured, worst case scenario I get my shirts washed and ironed, eliminating work laundry for a week, and I learn something new. No biggie. I picked up the next day, and 3/6 shirts now had several wrinkles pressed in to the chest pocket area of them. Ended up paying for them to wash my shirts. Still have to iron them. Terrible first dry cleaner experience. I would never go here again.

This place is horrible. Theyre cheap, but they should be since they didnt even wash my suits that I brought in. I got some kind of powder on my belt line when I set my pants on a dressing room bench, so I took that and another suit to this place for cleaning. $15 later, my pants still had sweat marks and that mystery powder (which I blew off with air, later). They washed my shirts well (which I shouldve just done in my home washer), but Im never going back. AND, they broke the buttons on one of my blazers sleeves! Go anywhere else.

I was reassured I would have my coat dry cleaned and sleeves altered by the next afternoon . Apparently the tailor was out sick, They failed to notify me that they could not complete the alteration in the time promised. In addition they did not dry clean my coat. I understand life happens but theres no excuse for not communicating with me so that I could go elsewhere. Very unprofessional given the importance of timing I communicated with the staff.

They are very fast, however quality lacks. I always get my shirts back with small wrinkles in them down the front. Not sure if they arent stretching the shirts out properly or what the deal is. Also I left a very expensive pen in one of my jackets by accident when I dropped off one time. I asked a few times after if they ever found it and it never turned up. Unfortunately this was the last straw for me, and now Im on to a different business.

Called at 4:30 pm on a Tuesday to check out and get info on pricing and turn around times. The number listed just rang and rang 8-10 times before a generic vm picked up. I called again. Same thing. How can these places expect to get new business when they dont answer the phone? Forget it, I guess Ill go out of my way to go to the place that answers professionally, has good pricing, and is helpful instead.

I find this review hard to believe, as I have been going to this same shop since 2006. I have always gotten back my items in perfect condition EVERY time!!! There have been times that Ive witnessed a complaint and the staff or owner is quick to address the problem and always seems eager to resolve.

One of the worse cleaners in Las Vegas. The staff dont speak English well. Lost my clothing there. Went back to check on my clothes couldnt find it staff said to me that Im wrong. Please dont bring your clothing to this cleaners. You try to support the community and this what you get.

Ive been bringing my clothes here for years and I am always impressed with the quality customer service and excellent work dry cleaning my clothes! They are professional and efficient everytime I visit and my clothes always turn out perfect! ❤️

9.21.16 Dropped off 7 items at 8am and they were ready for pick up at 2pm, as advertised! Outstanding customer service the staff there is great now. Will do business again.
