The automated system was my reason for using Tide. I am not always able to pick up my suits during regular business hours. However most recently I was dissapointed when only 2 pairs of suit pants but no jacket were returned out of an order. I called the following day and was told the automated rack was full. I understand every technology has its limits but my suit without a jacket is not a suit. They offered to deliver it for me but that wouldnt work since I drive a limousine and during CES I have no idea where I will be at any given time and I am sure they would only bring it to my home. A call or email that only the pants would be available after hours woukd have been a professional touch

Took 11 items various designer dresses and pants On 9/9/2016. They were ready with in 24 hours. I was skeptical because thats a quick turn around. All my dresses were not clean I can still smell that they are dirty under arm odor and my perfume on the items. My daughters dress was filthy as well in the same way. I spent a small fortune in that establishment. Dont waste your time or money, the staff is unapproachable and unprofessional both times I entered the store. So I have no resolve, other than a dent in my wallet and dirty clothes on a hanger. I rarely write reviews but I dont want others to loose that kind of money.

Ive been coming here since the location opened. For the most part theyve been good in terms of quality of cleaning. They did lose 2 of items and didnt tell me, I had to figure it out and call them. Then, after waiting in line to pick up my dry cleaning, I finally pull up and the girl says sorry, were now closed. It was 6:59! Not experiencing the greatest customer service there at all.
