Do not use this place. I brought suits there to be cleaned and they did unrequested sewing/hemming as a "favor" that they charged for and would not return until I paid for the sewing. The sewing was not that bad so I brought two pairs of suit pants there for sewing. The job was completely amateur and ruined the pants with terrible patch jobs. When I dropped the pants off I explained that if they couldnt do it, not to try it and that would be fine. They assured me it would be the most professional job. They still charged me for ruining the clothes.

This place has new ownership. I want to do my best to support local small businesses. I tried 5X over the past year. A convenience factor, close to my home in Birdrock. Returned pants not pleated properly. Returned a sweater that frayed one inch portion. Returned shirt with press stains. If you have care about your clothes, expect nice work, DO NOT GO HERE. Take your special clothes to Margarets. Take regular clothes across the street to Liz & David, Liz is wonderful, friendly, great service, great results.

I have used this cleaner for the past five years. They do an excellent job of cleaning and pressing my organic cotton shirts, wool sweaters, and cotton and corduroy trousers. My clothes often have difficult to remove stains and Cass cleaners always removes them completely. They can also repair tears in clothes, malfunctioning zippers, etc.Last but not least the cleaned clothes always smell fresh and lack the laundry odor which so often plagues clothes cleaned by other dry cleaners.

June 2009 - I went and picked up a blouse and a dress and was charged $19.40!!!! The dress alone was $13.00 to clean. I asked where the prices were posted and they are not. I explained to the business owner he was required by law to post his pricing to the public and his response was "where is that law"...the idiot! I was ripped off and will never use their place of business again!

I have been using Cass Cleaners for about 2 months now... much better service and pricing than the other stores in the area. I believe the mgmt/ownership changed a couple of months ago... Regardless, I like this place much better than any other on Cass.
