When I returned a week after dropping of my pants they did not have my pants. She said they would call when they were ready, but never called. Long story short she sent me home 3 different times saying she would call but never did. When I asked for reimbursement for the pants they lost she would give me $25 for $80 pants unless I could find the receipt that was less than a year from purchase. When I brought the receipt of pants bought 6 months ago she said she could only give full price if the pants were less than 4 months old and refunded me 50% of the cost of my pants.

They ruined a pair of my pants and a dress. After that, they told me that they had the best machines and it wasnt their fault even though I have taken these items to other dry cleaners before. NEVER GO HERE.
