I placed an order for a new mattress (compressed in a box weighing 85 lbs) through Amazon that was supposed to be delivered on a Thursday via FedEx ground. Per the amazon shipping notifications the package was riding around on a truck alllll Thursday without being delivered. I received notification that the package was back at the warehouse and couldnt be delivered for an unknown reason. I called the 800 and was advised that my mattress would be delivered on Fri. I checked the website Fri morning to ensure that my package was out for delivery... guess what??? It hadnt been scanned and showed as still sitting in the warehouse. I called the 800 and was told that the tracking website isnt always updated and that she saw that my package was on a truck and out for delivery, Flash forward to Friday night... still no package. I call again and an investigation has now been opened so they can tell why it still hasnt been delivered. Within a 1/2 hour I receive a call from Lisa who says she spoke with a station agent who didnt know why my package hadnt been placed on a truck but guaranteed it would be delivered on Monday. It is now Monday..... still no mattress. I called again and was actually transferred to the location because the station agent advised that they could not locate my package in the warehouse.... OMFG How in the entire F do you lose an 85lb box????? I proceeded to ask Mary Ann this exact question. She advised that since she was talking to me she was unable to go and look for it, and that once she got off the phone with me, and it was found I could come and pick it up. Are you FING serious. I told her I want it delivered and asked that my phone be given to a supervisor and that I can be called once it is out for delivery. She was completely unprofessional and clearly FedEx ground is an unorganized mess.

I wasnt able to get my package during work days few times, after that last attempt was scheduled on Saturday but I didnt get that however they told me opposite. Im living behind the house without ring bell thats why I created few ads like on the picture, put it on front door and garage door. I was at home the whole day waiting for this package. Nobody came, nobody knocked nothing. Was very angry I have to spend a lot of time to get my package finally. The lied me that nobody was at home and they were trying to deliver it. If they really came they would see those ads and call me. they were not
