Slow. Takes forever to do anything. Both times we used these guys they take about 3 extra days from if we just order less so it comes fed ex ground. They lost a 10k printer of ours for a day once. And then they took 3 extra days to deliver something we ordered from only 30 minutes away from our location. So i can honestly say that 100% of the times we used these guys, they have messed up, or been lazy and not tried to ship fast. They said we could come "pick it up" from their location only 15 mins away. But then we would be paying you, and doing the job we paid you for... No thanks. I will wait and make you do what you were paid for to start. Then i wont use you again...

They close at 5 pm and stop unloading trucks at 4:30pm witch I understand but as my driver was told last week " sometimes we stop unloading trucks at 3:00pm" but how do customers know when that sometimes will happen ??? A notice via email or a sign on the terminals stating unloading hours would be ideal, it would safe our time and theirs.
