I buy a lot of things off the internet and 9 times out of 10 fedex always seems to let me down in some sort of way. Im usually at work when they deliver and some stuff sent to me is required to have a signature. In the latest instance I had came home to find the door tag, then I called the customer service to see if it would be possible to make a delivery at the end of the drivers run same day, just like UPS will do for me every time no problem. Turns out Im going to have to drive about 30 miles to pic the package up because I work long hours and wouldnt be around for the next attempt. Fedex does not care about there customers. I would highly advise people to use the postal service or UPS so that you will get some respect as a valued customer.

This is the worst business of its type Ive ever been to, and I will never set foot in there again. Woefully understaffed, and the one person they had working there seemed completely baffled and could not have possibly moved more slowly. If this is an example of how FedEx runs their businesses, Id advise people to stay away from all of them. Just unbelievable. I eventually just left the store without even trying, and this was after a 20 minute wait. From what I observed, my experience wasnt going to get any better. Oh yes, and as other people mentioned, she helped other people who came in the store well after I came in. There is something seriously wrong with the personnel and training at this place. Avoid at all costs.

The rude staff did not try to make even the tiniest bit of effort to ship my package. I had my credit card out of my wallet ready to pay, yet the woman at the counter refused to enter the addresses that were already printed on the shipping box. As I turned around and was heading towards the door, she yelled at me "Were not UPS! We dont do that!". Good suggestion, I think I will go to a UPS store for my future business. As someone who has used both Fedex and UPS countless times in the past, and have had no preference for either, I will now prefer UPS primarily because of the awful service I received here.

I had a really good experience at this location printing out a few pictures and having them laminated. The staff was attentive and basically did all the work for me (really quickly) and then charged me the self-service price. They even figured out a way to do my project for cheaper than I had anticipated. I was hesitant to go to this location (or any kinkos really) because of the reviews, but luckily I had a really good experience.

the service is ridiculously slow. waited for 30 mintues without any staff member acknowledging I was in the store and proceeded to help customers who came in well after I came in. use the one in Tacoma by the mall they are the best!

Usually not very busy, but the staffing is also typically low (as in, 1 person working), so if there are more than just a couple customers, it results in a wait.
