Most incompetent mailmen ever!!! As well as post office! I have had major issues with them twice in the last year. I moved, staying in the same complex I was in, to a different unit so all that changed was the numbers on my house. None of my mail was forwarded, instead, 3 weeks worth of mail that I had been looking for was still being mailed to my old place. Lucky for me the new owners were honest enough to send them to our complex manager. I had to request an address change 3 times, meanwhile it was during Christmas and I was missing all kinds of gifts that were being mailed. Then, 2 weeks ago I get a certified letter from the State of Oregon that I had to sign for. Well, I wasnt home so they left the pink slip. Because I work hours that dont allow me to get to the post office to pick up the letter, I filled out the slip requesting to have it brought to my mailbox. Signed and everything. I place it in the outgoing mail, 2 days letter its still sitting there!!! They never even picked up my slip from my mailbox yet there was mail in there?? So, I made it OBVIOUS that the slip was in there by standing it up. The mailman took it, I never received my letter. Instead, I received a final notice from the post office stating they were sending the letter back in 3 days if I didnt sign for it. MOST INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES EVER!!! And to think they get paid government wages and benefits while the rest of us are great at our jobs but live paycheck to paycheck !!!!

I have watched these carriers actually pull into the neighborhood, get out with a their respective boxes of mail, chat with each other and then get back into their vehicles and leave; no mail delivered. I work from home and subsequently, I often received payments to my home I pay attention to postmarks... It seems as though this post office has now taken up the practice of marking things "BB", meaning "Bring Back". They do this, I assume because they decide it would be best to go have a drink given that its often after 5 oclock when they finally get here. Kidding.... I know what actually happens because my significant other actually worked for this nightmare government agency. The CCAs (essentially temporary workers) that they hire, actually get penalized for not getting back to the station on time, in fact they can even get fired. I have complained before and it just happened again. It seems I need to go to someone with a brain (wish me luck), to get this fixed. Its nonsense. Either hire competent staff or do the work yourself, Postmaster. Whatever happened to "Rain, Shine, Snow or Sleet?"... Morons.

So many bad experiences. Too many to list. Just glad we are moving out of the area. But you guys need something...a back up of my bad experiences, huh? So, multiple times we have had mail of our neighbors and people on the next street over, delivered to our house that we lost track. That road goes both ways, latest piece of mail that we never received? W-2....that form that has how much I make, and my SSN. Gone. Before that we had multiple online orders and bills that were not delivered, some times our neighbors would bring us our mail sometimes we would never get it. With shipping? Not any better, I have had packages opened and return because apparently I did not pay for shipping. I have been charged at the door, because apparently the seller did not pay full price for the shipping. Hope this gives you a better idea of this USPS office. Try to avoid them if possible. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered. On the 19 of Feb it showed it was delivered low and behold it was not here. So waited couple of days and thought it could be delivered that Monday nope not there. So went to to post office its self and talked with the postmaster (he is not the brightest crayon in the box) he said it was delivered. I would not be there if it was delivered. Waited couple of days thinking it might show up but nope still not here. Went back to the post office and the post master told me the mail carrier talk to some one at my apartment on Tuesday. My wife and I were home part of the day no one came to talk to us (they will not even come to the door with certified mall thats how lazy they are). Since this post master was hired more packages have come up missing then before.

The mail used to arrive at my house at 3pm, but now it doesnt arrive until almost 5pm. I sometimes receive urgent mail and by the time it arrives the business I need to contact is closed. I am constantly finding items in my mailbox that are addressed to other houses. Today I found mail for 2 other houses in my mailbox. One was a lingerie catalog and the other was a packet full of insurance information. I had to waddle (as a pregnant lady does) up and down the street looking for the homes the mail belonged to. Needless to say, both neighbors were very unhappy and handing them their mail was awkward (especially the catalog).

Weve lived in the same house for 30 years and never had problems until this year. They were to deliver a package mid October, tracked and it said it was delivered. The day they said it was delivered we were home all day. Post master tracked it via satellite and said it was "scanned in neighborhood" by the mail person, so where did it go? Mail person couldnt remember the next day when asked about it. Never got our package, just a "uh yeah, we dont know sorry". Thanks Troutdale post office

This post office consistently misplaces mail and shipped items (my own and others). I continually get other peoples mail in my mailbox (this is a private, locked mailbox), and theyve misplaced shipments twice without any refund or recourse. Im not sure if this is a post office wide issue, or just simply a concern with the mail carrier in my specific address area. Either way, I would suggest avoiding this post office entirely for any type of mail delivery needs.

USPS Carrier never stops at our house to deliver our International packages.Since we track them we have to run behind the track and ask if he/she can hand over our package. When we ask why he/she didnt drove up to our house they smile and tell us they did (BUT WE WERE HOME) and when we ask them again, why they never bring them up, we get told that isnt true and that we lie. THIS IS NOT FUNNY ANYMORE!!! I wish I could give them 0 STARS !!!!

The mail guy who deliver the mail in Troutdale for Hewitt place is already 4 times deliver my package to wrong people and he cant find it and I lost lots of money, he should be more responsible.

Ive had nothing but great experiences with this post office. I ship five or six packages week and never had anything but good experience. From our mail carrier all the way to the office manager.

Ok so Ive recently moved into the Troutdale area and their post office delivers mail so slow! I have never had as many issues with my mail as much as Ive had here in the past several months.
