I will never go there, customer service was incredible bad, rude, they did not listen my need, I use to go there, 2 -3 times per month, will never go there anymore, very disappointed... tried to send a fax, the made me to make a copy of the paper which I needed to be faxed, saying that they cant send it from the paper which I provided, I do have the same machine at work, I do use it sending faxes, every day... ( if I do have an accent that doesnt mean that I am stupid). Also I was interested to send an international fax, asked for the price, they told me $4 per minute, and when I asked how many minutes they need to send a fax oversees, I was told that may be from 10 to 20 minutes... = $80 for 1 page of fax.... that is ridiculous. During that conversation my little daughter got a post card which was on the high that she was able to reach with no problems, and made a mark on it, really small on, they asked me to pay for the damage :) I did that.. $ 3 is not a lot... but now I know where not to go. Never and never go there.

A Veritable Adventure
Received horrible customer service from the incompetents currently running the UPS store in Gresham. After the first person cut in front of me I made sure to be defensive in my place in line. An employee started helping me by looking for my package. Another employee showed up with a woman that she had been helping on the floor and asked if she could finish her up "really quick." Well ten mins later I had to ask how much longer it was going to take? The first woman to cut in front of me says "Its the holidays, scrooge." I said something mean back. Very mean. But the employee, after sucking her teeth at me, allowed me to be helped again. But she was suddenly so slow she had to be doing it on purpose. I wont ever use in store pick up with UPS again. #UPS store in Gresham off of Hogan blvd is to avoided.

Yesterday I was in this UPS location. There was an employee named Matt that was yelling at a young lady who was trying to ship a package. He threatened to throw her package in the trash and yelled this out loud so that every customer in the store could hear it. The young lady had words with him after he had threatened to harm her package. Id say that he picked on the wrong person that day. It seemed as though she was documenting her visit in order to report his behavior. I thought that I would help the poor girl out and let this brand know how disgusted I was by the employees behavior. I left without using services at this location. I did not feel comfortable with doing business with this location.

Never had a problem at this location except with the lines of rude customers slowing everything down with their selfish and unrealistic demands. My congrats to the staff on dealing with these types on a daily bases. One lady came in and printed black and white copies but wanted color instead. Then after the associate showed her how to correctly operate the machine, got her color copies, and then wanted to keep the black and white ones for free! Wait you didnt want them in the first place and now you think you should get them for FREE! Self righteous customers. Good job staff, Ill continue to be a customer.

The various staff dont seem to know how to operate their own machines. One time I went in to print colored posters. They didnt have any sort of labels on the printer as to which one was color. So I accidentally printed out black and white. The employees seemed bothered when I asked to get the black and white ones for free even though I was paying for the colored ones that I printed. You shouldnt ask customers to do things themselves and then not make proper signs or instructions on how to use their printers.

RUDE, AGGRESSIVE, UNTRAINED, LAZY AND MOUTHY EMPLOYEES!!!!! GOOGLE please give the option for 0 stars!!!! I had the worst customer service experience I have ever had before in my entire life. I am VERY disappointed. I have contacted corporate, I will be contacting BBB and I will be contacting the owner. The employee Mat honestly should never work anywhere that requires customer care. UPS, this store is making a TERRIBLE representation for you guys!!

CUSTOMERS BEWARE! I stopped to overnight some important documents, and was told I could not use my UPS account number to ship them, that I had to pay cash/CC. I asked if there was another location I could run to that would let me use my account, lady told me Id have to call UPS and ask them. Horrible customer service and would rather walk on broken shards of glass than step foot in there again. Two thumbs down!

They were pretty nice, but ... I walked up with my thumb drive, scanned a page, went to pay for it out of my loose change and they asked for $1! She said that copies are $0.10... She gave me a break, saying that usually THEY do the scanning. Thank God I didnt have a 50 page document! I am learning that UPS Stores (as franchises) are very inconsistent.

Been a customer for years (over 10) and couldnt be happier. Great, friendly service from the entire staff. If there is a line (which, at the holidays, is likely) they are always apologetic and professional.

Bad print shop, couldnt even laminate a business card, and charged me $2. Bad service and jokes for employees. Go to office depot, my co-workers and I know how to get it done right the first time.
