Ive stopped by here on two different occasions and was ripped off both times. First time I was charged for the USPS box- theyre free every where else. Second time I walked in, brought my own packing materials and because the clerk walked over and "helped" me pack it with my own materials he charged me a $5.00 "professional packing" fee. I looked at my receipt afterwards and asked about this and he decided that maybe this wasnt right and offered a coupon for my next visit....no thanks. Turns out other folks I work with have had similar experiences of hidden charges. UPS store is close enough and better service.

Love these guy! They go out of their way to help, whatever you are doing, whether just dropping off prepaid packages or packing and shipping for you. Helped me resolve an issue with a damaged in shipment package. Also have wrapped and shipped some incredibly difficult things to handle. Cant recommend them enough!
