i was helped by some young guy who didnt know what he was doing, just nodded and smiled and said yes. they shut their printers down at 1 pm for running jobs that were due that day so i had to go to the self print area that doesnt do what i went there to get done. why werent these hot jobs scheduled to run during night shift or am shift not during the day when they get most of their business? i kept my cool until i asked for a refund of the time spent on my card and the screwed up paper jammed print. the lady who helped me was overworked and super rude! she took a tone with me after she gave me my card back and didnt give me my receipt that i asked for. and then said in a rude tone "is there anything else you wanted me to do?" and gave me this 5 yr old pissy fit face. 3 days before this same chick threw a fit and wouldnt help anyone in line because some one was late coming back from lunch and she NEEDED a cigarette break. I had a great experience going in around midnight and was helped by someone who knew what they were doing and had great customer service but i will never go back there again. KINKOS IS HORRIBLE AND SO IS THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have an online store and I have been shipping with FedEx for years. I spend thousands of dollars with this company every year... Yet every time I go into this particular FedEx location I am treated like I am nothing more than a nuisance to them. The only business I ever have here is dropping off pre-paid, pre-labeled packages and every time I come in the employees scrutinize the packages I hand over to them. Them: "We cannot accept this box, but we do have these boxes for sale.." Me: "Yes, you absolutely can accept this box and I will not be purchasing a thing from you. Please ship my package." I am getting so sick of being hassled every time I go into this store. Please, just accept my money and do what Im paying you to do. If I had any concerns about the boxes Im using for shipping I would handle it before dropping it off! The only benefit of this FedEx location is that they are open 24/7. I will soon be checking out Lynnwood Mail Mart as recommended by another reviewer.

Literally the worst experience ive ever had at a fedex, I didnt have my tracking number and they immediately just told me they couldnt help me. They made zero effort to even try to do anything to take care of me(THE CUSTOMER) and told me when i got my tracking number then they could help me. After going through a long phone call with their customer service branch I was able to locate my pack. Oh and what did the main office do, they pulled all the data from the day that I shipped my package and they found my receipt to get my tracking number to find my package, if they could pull the data from your system then clearly you had it on there to begin with and you could have done something to help me. I hope this locations learns what customer service is and if they dont then I hope they just shutdown, we dont need people like this in our community.

Thankfully Ive only been here for printing services and not shipping. Ive overheard conversations between employees and customers trying to ship and have decided never to ship from here. On one occasion a sales woman made ridiculous accusations about a normally packaged box being "dangerous" to other packages and the solution would be to buy a FedEx box. I rolled my eyes listening to it. Thankfully the customer at the counter had enough common sense to take his business elsewhere. After he left a couple associates got together and discussed their secrets for upselling. They encouraged the saleswoman to ask more invasive questions about shipping contents, and to make people feel uneasy about their own packaging ability. Absolutely ridiculous, not all people walking through the door enjoy being treated this way.

Rude, and angry employees. I sent a really really important mail to government office. Frankly, I didnt have much chance to use Fedex, so I wanted to be really careful, and make sure. However, the employee answered me like I was supposed to know all forms and process, and my questions were very annoying to them. The worse thing was that they rushed me even though I stayed at the counter just around five minutes. Only one person was standing behind me, but she treated me like I took her time too long. If a customer isnt aware of the system, isnt their job to help customers figure out? What I only needed was the explanation what I was doing, and relief which I did it right. Is that really difficult for you? Hey Fedex, Is that how you treat your customer and their valuable packages?

Ive always had a great experience with my fedex store in Marysville but the other day I stopped in to ship some items while shopping in lynnwood. Ive shipped these items before in the same box over 100 times and for no reason at all the lady at the desk refused to ship my box saying that it would need reboxed and inspected. She said it would be a addition $18. This location is clearly trying to up sell shipping items by refusing customers boxes. Ive never been asked to have my items inspected nor has any of my items ever been damaged

Not satisfied at all. Tiffanie rejected my box the was a return item because there was a hole it the box that they must have made shipping it to me. She claimed they cannot except it because if the item is broken then they have to pay for it. Obviously a little hole in a box that is 5 feet by 20 inches is not going to make a difference in the package content being broken. If something falls on it and breaks it its going to break regardless. And thats their fault. They want me to buy a new box because they damaged mine.

This location by far has the worst customer service from any business Ive seen. I was treated rudely and disrespected not only by the manager but the associate as well. I will no longer be using ANY FedEx affiliate for my shipping needs which Ive spent hundreds on and have a business and personal account. By far the worst experience Ive had to date with a "manager" and associate. I even posted a photo of how the manager was stating the packaging was "bulging" and both were very demeaning.

I had a similar experience to another reviewer: Not satisfied at all. Employee rejected my box that was a return item because there was a hole it the box that they must have made shipping it to me. She tried to make me waive the liability or buy a new box. Obviously a little hole that doesnt even go all the way through the top flap of a box that is 27"x12" inches means catastrophic failure. If something falls on it and breaks it its going to break regardless. And thats their fault.

I was kind of nervous seeing all the bad reviews. But this place isnt all that bad from my experience. I had 5 digital paintings that needed to be printed 8.5 by 11. I never ordered prints before, but the employee handled everything with minimal explanation. And the price was cheap too, in my opinion. I expected to pay around 6 bucks but only paid 3.75 instead. Im sure there are better places, but I dont think this place deserves such an exaggerated bad reputation.
