The UPS Store is conveniently located off of Mukilteo Speedway, within a strip mall with lots of parking, yet they even go the extra mule for their customers by probably providing, 10 Min Reserved Parking for UPS Customers. The 10 minute parking is suffice, for the service they offer, is extremely quick, as well as efficient The staff is very knowledgeable in regards to the services offered by UPS. The staff here at UPS, had hands down the best customer service that Ive ever received in this line of business. The woman who helped me, not only picked out the correct envelope for my package, she also helps me get the best value on my shipping, and the fastest shipping method as well. The employee, even went as far, as placing my my item inside the package, sealing it very nicely, and then securing my shipping label by taping on the label herself, instead of me having to do the labor. Im just extremely satisfied and impressed with their customer service; in all honesty, this encounter made my day. I would highly recommend anyone to come visit the UPS Store the next time you need to deliver a parcel in the mail. there a full service office where you can do everything from, purchase stamps, buy office supplies, purchase padded envelopes or boxes for shipping, weigh your items to be delivered, get prices on shipping, access to computer and printers shipping labels and other documents of your choice, getting your package shipped, and many other services.

Dont come here. This seems like a bad UPS franchise location. The old blonde short hair manager here is extremely rude to her customers. Telling her customers to go off to Fedex when theyre not happy with the rude service she provides. And even cursed at me saying Ill get bad karma when she seems to be cheating for not displaying visible sign. Then charged me $3+ when her employee leads me to log in her computer to print off a pre-paid shipping label??!!!!

I have been a customer here for 4 years and Im beyond satisfied with the service I have received throughout the years. The owner is always very sweet to talk to when shes in. The manager will bend over backwards to find you the best shipping price. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond. I always enjoy going in to check my mail and to ship something out and so does my husband.

The staff here are fantastic. They are kind and eager to help. I ship things fairly often so Ive visited quite a few shipping stores. This is by far the best one in terms of customer service. I even accidentally brought in a FedEx package once and they still took it and called them to come pick it up! Dont go anywhere else for your shipping needs!

I have a mailbox at the store for all my business deliveries. It is more reliable for package deliveries in case I am out of the office. At the UPS store, they are always there to take delivery. Standard mail is better too, because it is more secure than in a mailbox. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

This UPS Store is one of the best that I have encountered, Pam at the counter is the ultimate! She knows me and takes care of me within minutes of me walking in the door and asking what Ive got! You cant get better than that!

Went here to get something notarized, the lady that helped me seemed like I was a big inconvenience to her and she wasnt the friendliest person. In the end I got my paper notarized so I suppose thats good.

Came in with boxes that had duct tape. The clerk was extremely rude about the type of tape that was on the box. Treated me like I was an idiot. Wont go to that store again. Not recommended at all!
