I had a note on the door that said to call because the buzzer doesnt work at my apartment. 3 days in a row they never called, and then when I called them, the representative stated that they said they called multiple times and got a busy signal. Not only was I not on the phone at those times, but I have call waiting, so even if I was, they wouldnt get a busy signal. They lied. Then the representative told me that I had to drive 45 minutes down there to pick up my package, but they couldnt tell me what their hours were. I drove down after work and they werent even open!!! They returned my package to the sender and I couldnt even get refunded for the $45 shipping! This Fedex location is dishonest and they cant follow directions! If youre in the Seattle area, I recommend you use a different carrier.

Currently as of this writing, FedEx is trying to find my package, which contains $300 worth of merchandise. When I received a message on the tracking site about the package having been delivered, I found that odd; I never heard a knock at my door, nor did I see any signs of a FedEx truck. The package had been delivered at 6:30 PM. I checked the front door at 7:10PM. The chances of someone actually managing to steal a 12-pound package from my doorstep is quite low. Losing a package worth just under half of your monthly income is a major gut blow, and I do not appreciate it. Never using FedEx again.

Absolutely horrendous attitude by the reception. Will not allow pick-up of package by the addressee. The packaged was addressed to a individual that is 18 and in college and accompanied by two adults over age of 21 yet reception would not allow pickup claiming there needs to be an adult over 21 from that address to pick it up. For crying out loud, hes the only one at that address, where in the world will we find someone over 21 to come pick up the package from that address. Horrible service with poor attitude. Avoiding Fedex from now on.

They delivered my company payroll to the wrong place... cant or wont tell me where and cant get ahold of the distribution center and told me Ill have to wait.. if someone loses 15-20k of youre money would you be okay with waiting?? How do you deliver payroll checks to the wrong place??? The driver should be fired.

horrible experience, rude person by the reception, my package was available for pick up but they told me it must be delivered by truck and I will have to wait 3 more days to get it delivered because they dont deliver it on Saturday. from now on will use ups only

Seriously suck !!!!!!!! Dont even knock or ring , ignore any notes of please leave without signature .... always have to go down and pick up in person !!! Such a waste , just have us always pick up since you cant do your job !

the building have a security system, so each time the fedex agent just come and see the door closed then leave, leaving a note "business is closed" without trying to contact me or the manage, + poor customer service.

Love this FedEx Facility. They are always nice to me. I have animals shipped through them and they always bring the animals inside from the cold warehouse. And are always excited to see what I got in this time.

Great service! I used to go to a different ship center, where the service was mediocre at best. Now drive 5 miles out of my way to go here. Mark and staff are exceptional!
