Due to a change in a workshop I was about to do at the Sumner Senior Center, I quickly changed a document on my computer and stopped in, with laptop in hand, to email the company upon my arrival to quickly print my new PDF document. Upon my arrival the gentleman there said- "Go get it off of our computer." I quietly explained that it was on MY computer, and I would like to either email it to him (as I always do at my UPS store) or if he had a memory stick he could get it that way to print. I asked him for their email address. Quite begrudgingly he gave me a personal AOL email address. He was annoyed (which was quite shocking to me- as this is common practice in these types of stores, who do printing services), found my email and downloaded it, but then could not even open a PDF document. (He was opening it in a text application.) In the meantime- time was ticking. I was as patient as I could be, and finally, with another individuals help who came in to the store, I asked him if I could please step in and open the document to print, which then it opened easily. It took close to 40 minutes inside this store to print only ten copies of ONE page. A basic PDF document. Nothing fancy whatsoever. At the end of the day at the very least, I expected a bit of an apology for what he put me through, what this all involved, but instead, he charged me full price, AND was truly oblivious at my frustration and difficulty that I experienced in his store. He actually was annoyed with ME!! I was late for the workshop that I was giving. It was not only an inconvenience to me, but to the dozens of seniors waiting for me nearby.

I know Im not suppose to send cash in the mail but my mom is watching my daughter and they could have used a few extra dollars. Told the guy at the counter that I needed to make sure it got to Shelton by Monday. My m receive it yet and its been a week now. I will never go back.

I called at 5:45 to ask what time they close. I got there right before 6 and the woman working asked if I was the one who called, saying she sometimes stays a little late if she knows people are coming late. My order was processed quickly and efficiently.
