I can say enough good about lake union mail. I had cancel receiving mail at a place I had gotten it for 10yrs. I didnt want to receive it at my residence on the chance that I might be moving. I called L.U.M. after having called a couple of others (incl UPS). The first question I asked was if they has after hours access. Jules the owners response was No. I asked why! and he said because they want to know their customers. That was 2yrs ago and Ive been a happy there ever since.

It is a complete rip off for printing. Mailing might be ok priced, but do not go here to print. They charge you $1.50 per page.. so 9 pages took 25 minutes. Theyre charging premium rates for out of date printers, less than par service time, as well as poor connections. Each page literally took two minutes to print. It would be fine at 50 cents a page or less but $1.50 is not compatible with the services.

This is the quintessential neighborhood business! Warm and prompt service, theyre always willing to help and work with you. I rather come to them when I need to send letters or packages as Im very happy to give them my business while soaking a bit of their terrific energy. Besides shipping, they do packing and have P.O.Box services.

All of the people who work here are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I got there with two very unorganized bags full of packages to ship right before the holidays and they helped me figure things out. Everything I sent got there before Christmas, even though I cut it real close. Thanks!

Ive been doing business here for over a year, even though I no longer live in Eastlake. Jules, the man that runs this shop, has been helpful in so many ways that I cant list them. A great neighborhood business and asset.

Always friendly and up for a chat about the neighborhood. Great for getting packages shipped to as they hold them for $1 p/package. Never get you stuff stolen off your porch again.

Ive had a box here for 6 years, wonderful prices, $36 quarterly ($12 a month) and it has pretty decent hours - and if you get a package -- they will hold it in the back
