This place is a wreck. The dispatch has a high turn over. The couriers have 1 out of 20 decent people, the rest could care less about their job, or if they are on time. The couriers care less about the quality or if they miss a pick up. We constantly had to baby sit our route that we had them provide pick up and delivery too. If you complain to your sales guy -watch out they will send you an email about a HUGE RATE increase.

Horrible. Gave specific instructions to follow which were "put this here if no one to receive" Not hard to do. I was out of town and could not deliver myself. Driver called me to tell me he delivered package but not in right area, I asked him politely to go put where specified. He refused and then hung up on me.

HORRIABLE customer service. Was guaranteed that a package would be here today, then was told the driver RAN OUT OF TIME and was on his way back at 2:30 in the afternoon! Must be nice. Probably union a-holes. Avoid this place like the plague.
