Dont get a PO Box here. The staff routinely puts the mail in the wrong boxes. Sometimes you might not receive an important letter yet the staff is adamant that they do everything correctly. If you stop getting mail that you know for a fact was mailed to you they will insist in the face of compelling evidence to the contrary that you must have written your address incorrectly. They simply cannot accept when they have made a mistake and they will not check on their work when you politely ask them to. Some mail that you drop off here might not get delivered if theres snow out, and by "might not get delivered" I mean might never get delivered. Bottom line: The lines are long, they work slowly and most importantly they lose mail.

Until this past week, the customer service here has been absolutely exemplary (shout out to Tyrrell and Ayesha!), but the staff has changed this week or last, and it has very quickly taken a downward turn. My husband was snapped at this morning by a new employee, and was asked "what do you think youre doing?" when my husband placed and left our postage-paid packages on the counter to be scanned, like we have every single day for YEARS. My husband asked the employee for a supervisor, and was told "call the Ballard Annex", and was told to LEAVE THE POST OFFICE. We have never had any issue, and had actually forged genuine friendships with the previous employees, and the recent turnover has been nothing short of abysmal.

Ive had a business PO Box there for 3-mos now and regularly receive oversize mail as well as ship from this location. Super friendly service! Its funny how there are so many complaints about this place. I was worried when I read the reviews before renting the box, but its super convenient for me AND it has parking! Sure theres a line and some waiting, but you have to plan for it as you would with any other service. Im assuming all the negative reviews are from people that also complain about traffic during rush hour or are still surprised theres a line at the DMV.

They barely deserve a 1. They lost my priority mail and Paul was very unhelpful and did not care about trying to give any options as to what they can do to try to assist or what my options were. Paul just said theres nothing to do and that he doesnt have access to the other postal offices. Kept saying that it was delivered to the address and I let him know I understood the tracking said that but there was nothing delivered to the address. If you lose your mail thanks to this office, do not expect finding it.

Sent Daughter B-day package with signature required. No one was home so the mail person left a notice in the mail box. When she went in to pick it up they couldnt find it, said if they find it they will contact her. She went in a couple days later talk to a supervisor, the supervisor said they would check another location and call her back later that day. NEVER CALLED BACK Package had tracking, how the heck can you lose it!!!!!!

My postal carrier walks right past my business without leaving my mail. I have to chase him down the street. He asked me who I was, when I said I was the owner he rolled his eyes and said "Sure, well go with that." I have had to request multiple copies of permits and approval letters as he just cant seem to deliver to my business. I know that if I treated my customers this way I would be driven out of business.

Only two lines, one was express, which means they would only take someone with a single package. I had to 2 packages and the second line had someone shipping a bulk order of over 70 packages. Despite waiting over a half hour I was continually skipped over because I was not shipping a single package. Needless to say I was very frustrated and would not recommend frequenting this post office.

I had a postal worker who was openly irritated that I asked her questions about the best way to return the package I had received. Thankfully I usually order on Amazon who uses UPS for returns, and now Ive discovered that FedEx has competitive pricing to the post office so I dont need to have an unhappy worker roll her eyes at me here anymore.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I called to ask about a package that the online tracking tool said was "available for pickup" at their location... Representative said "I dont have time for that" and refused to confirm of the package was there and recommended I just wait to see if it showed up later.

I closed my P.O Box about 5 months ago and I did all the paperwork that the post office asked me, and still I dont see my money back. I do t know what else to do ? I moved to other state, thats why I closed the P.o Box ..... So frustrated, I call everyday, send many emails but still nothing happen ....

I waited in line for 45 minutes to pick up a certified letter my mail carrier refused to bother to knock on my door and deliver. After waiting 45 minutes I was told my letter was not there as it should have been. I requested it be redelivered, and it never was.

Service was great; Postal employee was friendly! Parking is available for customers. This location does large money orders - up to $1000 per certificate and you can do multiple certificates at a time. They charge a reasonable fee as well for money orders.

Post office feel. Typical layout. Prices are comparative to other locations. Same government hours as youve come accustomed to. Small free parking lot. Knowledgeable professional and friendly staff. Free 15 minute parking on site.
