Came to this office pickup my package. Gave them the notification to locate my package. They couldnt find it and they lost my notification slip. They asked me to leave my contact information so they can give me a call if they find the package. I waited for a week no response from them and went back to the same clerk and she totally forgot this incident. The package was disappeared and they were unable to find it for me. This office always lost mails I sent. I wouldnt never use this post office again.

Ive never given a bad review in my life. They have lost all of our mail. They havent delivered mail to our home in over two weeks. The manager and no one that works there cares. Ive filed a police report, complained to the post master general and yet still nothing. The manager Sunny hasnt picked up the phone in weeks. Even though he says to "call" him. This is a total disaster and a disgrace. The level of incompetence is mind blowing.

Have had a PO box there for the last 4 years and the service has always been great. Lovely people. One woman in particular knows me by name for some reason. Im very flattered. I find especially useful the package receiving service. FedEx or UPS, theyll take any package addressed to me and hold it. Also, the real address format they have had for the last 2 years is a great feature. I keep forgetting getting them a holiday treat.

This post office absolutely NEVER answers their phones. Ever. I tried calling them multiple times at different times throughout the day, on different days. Even tried again weeks later. I can only imagine what their customer service is like in person. Last I knew, it is mandatory for postal workers to mann the phones. If I knew where to report this post office, I would do it.

They do not bother answering the phones. Whats the point of even listing it? Instead, you should have posted -- "we dont give enough s##t about you to even take your call. Go ahead and drive across town for your simple question, what do we care"

There is always a long line that takes forever to get though, because the employees run at a snails pace. Not only are they slow, they are extremely rude. Unfortunately, all the other post offices in the Outer Sunset are just more of the same.

Although psuedo-government employees are neither trained in customer service or efficiency, the Chinese workers here are notorious at barking orders at the customers. I feel really sorry for myself to have to come here for some belittling.

Always very slow and understaffed. Parking is also difficult and when you get a meter spot, make sure you put in enough money for all the time youll spend here!
