TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. MANY Reasons because I have the tracking number and said delivered by Friday at 11am. Before I called them, I waited until it was 4pm because thats when mail usually arrives. It was a flat rate 2-day priorty and $50 insurance. By Friday, it never came. I had someone home but mailman never knocked on the door and wasnt there at the front door. So I called this places number and the man said he will investigate and call me back tomorrow. Saturday, again no package and didnt call me back. I called and spoke to the same man again. He told me that he forgot and will talk to the mail man and call me on the next business day. Sunday is closed. Monday is Columbus Day. Tuesday, the man never call me back. So I called them and same man told me (AGAIN) will talk to the mail man and to check my mail again tomorrow to see if my package came. If not, call them back tomorrow. I was so furious at them and couldnt take it anymore. So I went to this place and ask the front clark. She didnt know how to deal with it and told me to speak to the associate at the front door. I asked him and he couldnt do nothing about it and told me to call the number. But I already did, for three days! Wasnt much help going there. Wednesday, package havent deliver. Thursday, UPS came and dropped off two big boxes that was delivered at the wrong address. For example, I live 456 169th Ave Ne. But the boxes said delivered to (name) 456 170th Ave Ne. So I went over to their house to return their boxes and asked if they ever received mine accidently. I checked on the maps, there is many 456 BUT with 169th, 170th, 168th, etc. Ave Ne. Who knows, mail man might delivered to one of these. Either it delivered to the wrong address or they still have my package somewhere behind the clark that they messed up. Im going keep calling and filed a complaint for my $50 insurance even though my package is more than that until it is resolved. SERIOUSLY, I dealt with too much for one package within a week.

WOW, this really was the WORST customer service we have ever ever received! we went in to post an international package, the manager (maybe Pam or Joyce judging on prior comments!) was honestly the rudest person we have ever met or had any experience with in our whole lives! we asked her how much posting an item would cost and she told us to look it up online???? she then yelled at us and told us our package was too big to post without even property weighing it, and told us that we were in peoples way. there were customers in the shop who were apologising to us on the managers behalf for the rudeness. We ended up going to another very helpful post office in the next suburb who were MORE than happy to post our package just the way it was.

A package would take 3 business days to be delivered to your address, it took 2 days to move from Federal Way to Bellevue, which is about 20 miles away, then another 1 business day to arrive by the EOD to my address, when I called and asked if I can and pick it up from their office they said NO!, they cannot stop their process and find my item!. I bet this is a very stupid process that takes 3 business days for and item to move about 25 miles!!! I hope you guys at USPS hear that and enhance this thing. You remind me of the services in the 3rd world countries (even its there more flexible and less stupid)!

Absolutely ridiculous group of employees working at this branch. Mail man apparently attempted to deliver my package and left a notice in my mail box. Instead of returning it to the post office, he lost it and the branch staff couldnt find my package. Its been 3 days now and according to them, they arent able to reach the mail man. They will put you on hold for 15 minutes, respond with the rudest attitude possible and offer ZERO help to address your needs. And I still havent received my package as Im pretty sure either the mail man went missing or someone stole the mail truck..

Not sure where all bad reviews come from . I came to the office at 5.45pm (15 min prior to closure ) and my shipment was accepted, priority options were clearly explained, and the shipment is now on track. The service was courteous. Looks like all MA USPS I have been at. The office was closed at 5.55pm indeed, but the assistant agreed to inspect the trash bin and the counters for the rapid transit card I thought I left at the USPS and came back for. I come from a post-USSR country and my bar for customer service (not for efficiency, though) could be pretty low, though.

The pot holes are so deep and wide in their parking lot that one can not avoid them. Not wanting the need of a front end aliment, I now go to the other very well maintained Post Offices in Bellevue, WA. When I phoned the Crossroads Post Office in regards to the EXTRA LARGE AND DEEP POT HOLES and that one can not avoid them, the Post Office worker said she did not have any problem driving around . them. " WRONG" This Post Office does no maintenance of any kind. Nothing but weeds, but the other Post office in Bellevue look great.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. PAM is the worst representation of a government employee and I think she should be FIRED. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. She is condescending, smart mouthed and UNHELPFUL! All I was asking was to speak to an onsite manager to discuss our plans to replace mailboxes and alter the structure. She wouldnt pass me through to anyone and kept persisting that I email someone that Ive already emailed SEVEN TIMES!!!! I cannot believe how I was treated. I am fuming at the audacity of this woman.

Ive always had the most success at this post office. I ship packages several times a year and prefer this office over the one in downtown Bellevue. Its like an assembly line... As long as you arent oblivious to what the process is, the line moves quickly and youll be on your way. The only downside to this office is the parking lot. No one seems to be willing to pull forward to all the empty spots at the end which can cause congestion. Not the post offices fault people dont know how to do it though.

I called Manager Pamela Love with a complaint about mail that was incorrectly returned to sender on a route she manages. She asked for followup information by email but never responded to 2 emails over 9 days. I had to call back to request that she call me. She never called. I called back and caught her. She said "the carrier has been instructed to deliver to this address. Goodbye" and hung up on me. This is a great post office to deal with if you like being treated like garbage.

The home delivery is terrible! Every package I get via USPS since Ive lived here takes an extra day from the scheduled delivery time. In the past they have even marked packages as "delivered" on-time, only to have it actually arrive days later. I constantly get neighbors mail in our mailbox from about a 3 block radius. Today they delivered someone elses package to my house. The box is nearly crushed in the middle. I think Ill pay for UPS or FedEx from now on...
