Lazy liars work here. I had a computer sent here for general delivery. UPS sent it, delivered it and confirmed it was delivered here with a signature. A full 24 hours after it was delivered I go in to pick it up. The first teller says it was delivered but its not sorted cause theres nothing for me in general delivery. I talk to another teller. I tell him I know the package is here and Id like him to please get it. He says UPS made a mistake and that the post office may have sent it back to the sender. I talk to a third teller. He says it may be at another address and that I should come back later. I talk to the first guy again. He says theres nobody in the back to get the package they all went home. Amazing how these people can be such lowlifes to cover their own incompetence and try to confuse the fact they have had my package for 24 hours and dont know where it is.

I have been trying to call so many times to schedule an appointment for a passport that I have lost count!! & each time I call I let it ring about a minute each time!! Whats the point of having a phone if they are never going to answer it!! There is almost always a line out the door with only 2 tellers!! The managers only come out to see if anyone is there for package pick-up or questions!! Learn to work the front & truly assist your team!! If your that bored with nothing to do but casually ask the line that, maybe answer the phone!!

I have lived in the area serviced by this post office for about 18 months. During which time my credit card was lost in the mail and my credit card and other vendors billing statements were delivered to other addresses on the same street, which I didnt receive until 6 months later. It not just delivered time sensitive mail to the wrong addresses, it causes serious security risks to their customers. This office must make some changes.

I always received good service from post office counter clerks. They always smile and friendly. However, I cannot get anyone to answer the phone. I have made appointment for passport in person the other day. However, I have been told if I cannot make it I need to call them to cancel it. I called three times and no one answer the phone. I need to go there in person to cancel my appointment??

We sent Medical Alert equipment to an incomplete address by our own fault. We had to get it redirected to the Subscriber immediately. I spoke with Jennifer at the post office. She located the package and contacted the necessary person to get it there efficiently. Very satisfied with San Bruno post office- a credit to USPS. thanks again, JP. Beltrami Caduceus, Inc.

Giving this post office one star because this stuff is always pleasant. Negative review because...what is the point of having a robot box/ Self Service machine on the exterior without envelopes or boxes to use. Thanks post office for wasting 20 minutes of my day. Oh yeah, and the waste of gas.

same experience as previous reviewer. Item delivered to the post office 12 days ago(!!! by USPS site) but still not delivered to by business address. Nobody pick up a phone, no way to get information. What happened with them?

This post office (San Bruno) sucks big time. So do their carriers. They dont care about customer service at all and have no sense of professionalism. Its too bad no one cares to do anything about it.

Complete Trash. My package was delivered there this morning and i was expecting it to come in todays mail but it wasnt delivered so i tried to pick it up there but its an extra $13 dollars :l smh

Accused me of fraud because I made a mistake on a address. Held my international package hostage and would not release it. Had to send it all the way back to the UK because of the supervisor.

A package left their office at 4am scheduled for 8PM that day........its 1030 PM.......I dont think Im getting it tonight. Worst off, I live 10 minutes away. How does that happen?

Not very helpful. I wanted to ship priority flat rate, they made me buy a roll of tape. Other post offices just tape it up for you.
