My following experience happened in November 2016. I was mailing a package to Taipei. On the package-front the receiver and the address were in Chinese except the City, Country and Zip that were in English. When it was my turn, an AA (African American) clerk was at the window. She told me that its against the rule to have foreign words on the package and asked me to re-write the words in English in side corners of the package. I told her that in the past I was able to send packages like this to Taipei, how come this time could not? She didnt explain and said again that its against the rules. Because the package was taped, the ordinary ball-point ink could not be clearly placed. I was in worry and went back to her a couple of times and asked for help and she still refused to take the package. Later, when I went back to the window and she was busy with another customer, I walked to another window with an Asian clerk who happened to speak Mandarin. Surprisingly, he took the package without any complaint. I asked him that wasnt it against the rule? He replied that its ok and not against the rule. Then I asked him twice that why his colleague (the AA female) refused to serve me and said that its against the rule. He never came up with the answer and just silently finished the process. I have lived in the U.S.A. for more than 20 years and has been an U.S. Citizen already. Still, racial discrimination event such like this still occurred. I gave this place 3 stars because my package was finally delivered. Advise other Asians to avoid that AA female clerk.

I received a notice yesterday says I can pick up my parcel at the 95014 before hours window between 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM if I ring the service bell which I did at 7:30 AM 4/18/2017 morning. I rang the bell and no one answers, I waited for 30 seconds to rang the second times. Finally, a very rude mans voice was yelling behind the closed window asking me to come back after 8:00AM. I replied why ? A very rude male clerk opened the window and asking me to read office hours sign, which 100% indicates services is between 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM Monday - Friday. At this time, he realized his working hours, asking me my slip and driver license, shut his window and had me waited for another 10 minutes. I asked his name, he told me it is Phillip. There is no way doing a public services work to represent Federal of USA acting like this kind of class. My experiences with 95014 was about 70% terrible. I wish they can train their staffs to leave frustration at home.

This is a review for Passport application. They accept walk-ins on Thursdays from 9-11am, first 50 apps. I was there around 7:30AM and was 9th in line. Around 8:15 someone came out to distribute tickets, wrote everyones name on a board. Everything was quiet and civilized. At 9AM they opened the doors to the passport line and started calling out names. You ave to be there in order to get in, otherwise will have to get to the back of the line again. At that point there were around 30 people in line. There are several clerks serving passport line, so I was with someone within 3 minutes. They checked all of my paperwork, took my check and service fee and I was on my way within 5-10 minutes! On that day, their photo camera wasnt working, so they sent people to nearby CVS. They did tell them to come back and promised to serve them same day. That is very nice of them. Overall very positive experience. For once - good job, post office!

They need to fire the workers here. They are uneducated about their job, unhelpful, and rude. Every single time I had to pick up a package directly from them, I received unhelpful, rude customer service. Every time, they made mistakes, and when I called, the asian guy mocked me for asking an operating hour question and hung up on me. I dont know why US post office is still using these workers when they fail to provide the needed customer service. The asian guy whos the supervisor is completely rude.

The staff here are kindly and patient even though they are always swamped. Cupertino has a very dense population of Asian and Indian immigrants, so there is always a long line of people sending things back to their families in other nations. The manager here has helped me more than once with friendly assistance that meant a lot to me on a bad day. Yes, the lines here are long, but it moves quickly and the staff never fails in good will. That is exceptional for any business. Kudos from me.

I work for a company that ships all over the world. Out of all the unfriendly and unhelpful people I have ever dealt with (which is a lot) the man who took my call (rushed me through, didnt listen, horrible customer service, then hung up before I could get another word in) takes the cake. I understand that they are busy but answering the phones is a part of your job description so it should not suffer because you dont want to take the time to deal with it.

Its reassuring to know that folks that work at the usps are consistently miserable. Waited in line for 20 minutes to an annoyed worker telling me they are sold out of holiday stamps. Im thinking if you really dont want to interact with people looking for your holiday stamps itd be nice if you put a sign up on the door and say youre sold out. And hes the one being bothered while I wasted time waiting. Gee thanks.

Christopher deserves a recognition. He is patient and efficient. I was here this morning to send an international package. He guided me through the process and explained the costs and duration for the package to arrive. This is rare because often times, people at the post office seem impatient. Regardless of the low ratings on here, Id be happy to use the USPS again.

This is the worst place I ever been for any post service. I waited for a long time with a prepaid package since I need the reciept but I did not tape the lable on and thought I could use their tape as usual. BUT I was told by their superviser that I can buy their tape or go home tape it then come back. This is worst way of making money I have ever seen.

Ive lost a package and the postman keeps on saying I dont know and the people at the post office are very unfriendly, they dont even TRY to listen to what weve Got to say. Theyre all trying to push the responsibility to someone else. The people that work there are very selfish. It would be better to use fedEx or UPS. Very unfriendly. Whos to blame then?!

Worst post office ever... I avoid this office like the plague even though I live in Cupertino. Evil tempered staff and try to overcharge or use larger measurements. Wouldnt take a flat rate envelope because it had a slight bulge.. WTH. Now I drive all the way to Palo Alto as the staff are friendly and helpful - I can actually ship things per USPS policy

The substitute post man dont come and pick up your mail. Even if the flag is up. The lady on the phone said they only come by if they have mail to deliver. What kind of service is this ? My mailman in San Jose always come by. My mail has been in my box for two days, until the regular guy came back v
