I have been using this PO for about two decades and the folks that work here have always been nice. Constantly making renovations to keep the place clean and modern. My only complaint (and thus -1) is that they lock the doors at night and make it so we cannot access our PO boxes. What if I get off work at 0500... and I suppose to sit around for an hour waiting for them to show up and open the doors. Hogwash. A post office outer doors should ALWAYS be open!

Whoever is delivering packages to Eureka needs to quit being lazy and actually go to the right Unit. I was home when sorry we missed you note was left and the way they treated me at the office when I drove down was so disrespectful. I wish I could of given you no stars because I ordered the package from a eureka business and live in eureka, it has been 5 days and still no package. Your service sucks if you cannot deliver a package in your own city.

Love this Post Office, BUT, we used to have a fantastic mail carrier in the Pine Hill Area, and she NEVER left that horrid "pick up at post office" notice in my mail box! She ALWAYS made sure she delivered my mail - ALL OF IT ALL THE TIME! The new guy is awful! I have had several notices in my mail box. NOW, since I am nearly ALWAYS home until late afternoon, it seems to me that he is NOT making any effort to actually deliver my mail!!!

I was sitting here waiting for my package and they didnt even knock. They jist left the sorry we missed you letter and I now have to drive down to the post office and pick it up. Not cool.

Mail carriers dont even attempt delivery, constantly get notices while waiting for them that they attempted delivery without success.
