For all the complaints made, Joaquin is an awesome guy. I have no problems getting my packages even after locking up provided the system has not been shut down yet. Weve losy maybe ONE package in the past 3 1/2yrs Ive lived here but that may not have even been an error at the depoe bay office. Bear in mind that they process every single households mail in Depoe and its larger than one may think. Yes, there have been issues with post masters as its hard to keep one but instead of being a big cry baby about, suck it up and move along. Mail gets lost in sorting at the main hubs before its even sent to local post offices. I have nothing but good things to say about Joaquin and the job he does. Jeremy was also another positive note at the Depoe office and i know hes missed by multiple people. How abour getting to know the people that provide you a service instead of whining and complaining. When you do your job PERFECTLY under the deadlines and stresses the PO workers do, only then can ypu make complaints about their personal character. Suck it up buttercups and get an actual life!!! Thanks Joaquin for everything you do and for exceptional customer service, sarah and i adore you sir!

Our Depoe Bay post office used to be the best! Since our last post master left, the customer service is way down, the letters get in the wrong mailboxes way too often and now they are closed for lunch!!! When people need to get there mailing done on their lunch hour, they are CLOSED!!! This Post Office used to be an amazing service, but now we feel like we are inconveniencing them when we come in to do business, though there is one in there that is kind and helpful. I do want to say THANK YOU to all Post Offices out there that are doing it right, and if ours gets better, I will welcome redoing my review.

I have lived in this neighborhood for over 4 years. The mail carrier literally just throughs any packages I have that need to be delivered to my door from about 4-8 feet away and scurries back to her vehicle and drives off. I have personally watched her do it 5 or 6 times. I have called in complaints to this post office and gone in personally and made complaints. Nothing is ever done. I was told to have my packages held to be picked up by me. This is not good care or customer service. I am also, being treated poorly now when I go in there.

I have read the reviews, some not so good Im sad to say. However, I have kept a PO Box at this location for several years with no problems. My husband and I traveled to Arizona for him to have cancer surgery and he had to stay for cancer treatments like chemotherapy and the folks at the Depoe Bay office were kind enough to forward important documents from my Box to me in Arizona since we cant return to Oregon for a couple of months. Thank you guys!!

Three or four years ago this was a decent post office but tired and out of date. More recently, after multiple complaints... the last post-mistress was removed but unfortunately this office is still dismal in service and quality. They dont seem to know their job or are held accountable.

Absolutely the worst ever! Horrible management and staff. They have lost 2 of our packages and when your tracking says it has been delivered sellers will not replace, you are simple out the money. So furious with this post office.

Got to the post office barely after 5. Had a note in my box saying I had a package. Asked if they could help me and all they could say was they closed at 5. It would have taken 30 seconds. Extremely poor customer service.

The service has changed! They provide a service but have NO customer service! Have had a box here 25+ years EVEN while living in Lincoln City for most of those years! I will not renew!! Sad!

This is the red headed stepchild of post offices. Youre forced to use a P.O. box because they dont deliver mail, and then they lose packages.
