I have been working 17 hour days 6 days per week for over 2 months now. I forgot to pay my post office box on Sept 1. as a small business owner all my checks from my clients were in the P.O. box and I didnt have the funds in the bank to write the Post office a check on Sept 2 to pay until I could get my checks out of the mailbox and deposit them. The post office refused for 10 days to give me the mail inside the P.O. Box until I paid the box fees. I couldnt pay them until I could get paid by depositing the checks the Post Office was holding hostage. My workers also couldnt get paid on time Sept 8. I actually was forced to turn in a change of address form to have all my business mail delivered to my home to get my mail out of the P.O. Box. It is this sad level of customer service that is ruining the U.S. Postal Service from being able to compete. Once I got the mail and the checks I opened went ahead and spent twice as much money doing business with a privately owned company that provides privately owned P.O. Boxes, one that gives you a 2 week grace period before returning the mail to the sender.

horrible customer service, NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!!!! avoid getting help from Brad...They lost my change of address form and then when I tried to explain my situation he would not let me finish, kept cutting me off, and then when I asked to speak to a manager he refused and said no. When I said excuse me he said "NO" so I asked for the customer service number...he gave me the number asked if I got it and then when I read it back to him he said "ok BYE" and hung up the phone...Horrible service

They pick up packages two of every five times I request it. The woman who is a manager is snide, rude, and entitled, so you will not get an answer by calling her. Ive filled complaints with postal inspectors office, and encourage others to do the same.
