Missing mail- no answers. Ive mailed cards out of this post office for 3 years now and have not had any problems up until April this year. Family whom sent Easter cards somehow "got lost" in the mail process and all of the Easter cards I physically took to the post office and mailed out never reached their destinations. I called both Bonney lake and Sumner Post Offices today and they cant give me any real answers as to why CARDS are going missing within the post office system.

Wonderful and amazing place to get great postal service, I really appreciate talking with the front counter staff, always assisting people for their needs, the waiting lines are sometimes slow, but, I never hear anyone complaining, Its like people know each other and wait their turn, from beginning to end. If you are relocating to Bonney Lake area, I highly recommend that you stop by and talk with staff about your special needs, Thanks Posted publicly for review.

I came to the Bonney lake post office because it said it was open until 600 pm I love a half hour away and came here because thats what it said.. I got there and the office was closed nowhere did Id say what time the office it said that the office closed at 600 pm .very disappointed and now I vast get back one hour of my life .THANKS FOR NOTHIN BONNEY LAKE POST OFFICE . YOU ARE FALSE ADVERTIZING .DESK CLOSES AT 500 PM NOT 600

Very very slow here, limited supplies and support. Hours are not conducive to the working individual. No Saturday morning service . Running this place like a simple business 9-5 m-f and not looking to improve operations oriented around the customer. Places very close to me but yet I have to typically use a third-party service because their hours are better and open till about 7 oclock in the evening.

I have alot of issues with the route people I used to get my mail every day between noon and 3p.m. now I get it at 5:30 if I am lucky and normally around 645 like today. I also had letters i sent the same day from the same adress at my friends house to my home show up 3 days in between when they actually should have arrived at the same time.

The people at the office might be great but my route driver is horrible... she shows up when she feels like it or sometimes not at all. I had a package out for delivery yesterday that never arrived. she sometimes delivers the mail at 9pm I need answers and i am very disgusted with the mail in Bonney Lake.

The customer service is perfect. When you actually get to the service. (Small Building, Long Lines)My P.O. Box has gotten mail from the previous person for almost 3 years now. ( Even with SEVERAL complaints). The parking lot too is extremely small.

They need to fix their routes. My route driver just shows up when she pleases and its ridiculous. I always used to get my mail at around 11am now I get it closer to 5pm. Its absolutely ridiculous

Missing a package once again!!!! Tried calling but nobody answers. Our mail carrier is the worst and you never know when shes going to show up.
