Not sure whats going on with customer service or any type of service at this post office, but no one answers the phone. Automated system is programed to assist you on phone only and will not transfer your call to speak to someone. Service very BAD! No customer service available and no help available literally! Whoever is managing this PO location should request HELP to manage operations if anyone cares.

This post office is always terribly short staffed. Whoever is in charge of scheduling sucks. Prepare to wait a minimum of 20 minutes any time you come here. At least the ladies working the counter are generally competent.

If you mail a package to San Pablo, make sure you select signature require or get the insurance. They will lose your package or deliver it to the wrong mailbox. And its true...they dont know how to answer the phone!!!

Made me wait until 9:30 when they should have opened at 9:00. Avoid this place I hope they close it USPS workers seem to only value their jobs when theyre about to lose it.

Service in the San Pablo area is horrible! Service doesnt arrive sometimes until 8pm, some nights not at all.
