Ive been to this post office four times in the last month, three times there was a massive line and only one worker. One time the employee didnt know how to perform the task I needed and the fourth time, today (4/25) the lobby office wasnt open due to "technical difficulties" Staff your business and educate your employees please. For everyones sake.
