Normally I have an okay experience going there but today was terrible. I came to print out my project (I set up and paid for it online) but when I went to the store, they didnt know how to print it or even the password to the account. A worker thought I wanted to print out the email confirmation or even the website page instead of my actual project I already paid for. It took almost an hour to get 6 pages to get printed out. The worker printed my project wrong, made me pay for it, and said it was because I uploaded the file wrong (which made no sense). Then my actual project was printed out, but, it wasnt exactly what I paid for online. Instead of a catalogue, I got printed paper "binded" by staples that the worker made me do myself. I can tell the worker got frustrated with me and I shouldve asked for a refund. The amount of money that I paid for and the preview I got for it online was not what I received (also paying for the extra copy from their mess up was unnecessary). I know I wont be coming back until theres better customer service.

Wow very rude customer service here. I pulled into the stall directly in front of the building and when the lady working inside seen this she rushed to the door to lock it. Now note the posted closing time for this establishment is 7:00 and it was 6:42 when I pulled up. If they want to walk out the door at 7:00 maybe they should adjust their store hours to 6:30 or something. Needless to say I will NOT be doing business here again.

HORRIBLE customer service. I didnt tape my box up because I didnt have the proper tape and Ive done that before and they had no problem with it, but today, he said I did a horrible job and that he should be charging me for the tape since I didnt tape it. Seriously? Wasnt the first time hes given attitude and talked to me with a hasty tone of voice. Never going back. He shouldnt be working there with an attitude like that.

I just went to this establishment and was charged .94 for a SINGLE STAMP. Pretty sure the cost of one stamp is .49. How I got charged almost double is anyones guess. Will not be returning here. Better off just going to the post office.
