HORRIBLE! I am not sure where the delivery guy has been going, but I am sure its not to my address. It reflects on their website that they have "attempted delivery" three times. I am a pregnant housewife and have been at home, but no delivery came. I even gave FedEx our building buzzer code. A lady from the ship center even called my cellphone to assure that my package will be delivered. Still nothing. They didnt leave any door tag whatsoever! My package doesnt even require a signature.

Every time I have a package that needs to be delivered it never comes when its suppose to. They will say they attempted to deliver but no one was home. Ive taken off of work numerous times just to personally be at home and no one comes to the door, nor do they leave a door tag! If you live on any floor but the first you wont get your package in time.

Had a notification on my door that my package would be available to be picked up at 6:00 pm at this location. Went over there around 7:20 (just to be safe) but I was told the driver had not returned, and that I can hangout until he arrives. Instead went to the grocery store. Came back around 8:30, sure that the driver would be back... Nope!

I was sitting at home when they "attempted delivery" and left a door tag. This convinced me not to pay extra money again for FedEx express delivery. Unless I wait four days for them to "attempt delivery" again, I now have to drive 40 minutes round trip to collect what should have been put in my hands today, at home.
