They didnt deliver my package to my apartment because the building was closed, despite the fact that our apartment complex told us packages come straight to our door and not through the office. I wanted to straighten this up, so I called (twice) around noon to ask when I could come get the package, and she told me the carrier would be back at 3:30. The lady I spoke to this time was at least nice enough. My boyfriend called at 3:25 or so to follow up with them, and he was told that they had no idea when the carrier would be back and the person I talked to had no authority to tell him that. She told him we needed to come in tomorrow at 8:30 sharp or else we would miss our packages, and that packages *do* actually go through the office (this much indeed turned out to be true, but thats on our apartment complex for telling us otherwise). I called back again at 3:40 since this conflicted what I was originally told, and the lady on the phone informed me that the mail carrier was back! She then asked for my address and put me on hold. A couple seconds later, and suddenly the mail carrier *isnt* there, and they have no idea where she is. The person I was talking to on the phone had a total 180 in personality, Im guessing its because theyre sick of our calls. Im told the lady I talked to the first time around has no idea what she was talking about because she isnt a supervisor, and that the carrier should be back at 5. I begin to ask another question, and she *actually* hung up on me! My boyfriend called again to complain (though I exasperatedly told him dont bother), and actually got a decent person. The guy explained that she was indeed supposed to be back at 3:30, but they sent her back out and she wouldnt be back until after close. He offered to put the package on hold so it didnt get sent out immediately at 8:30AM - something none of the 2-3 ladies we had encountered on the phone before him bothered to bring up was a possibility. Ill amend my review to a higher number of stars (only for the kind gentleman my boyfriend spoke to) once my package is actually in my hands.

Absolutely the worst customer service you will ever experience. I have been to the North Everett post office as well as the Mill Creek location and will definently be driving out of my way to visit either of those locations to do my mailings. Eddie Gomez the supervisor is rude and unprofessional. I explained my recent upset with my new mail carrier and explained my upset by losing my previous carrier, Monte, off my route. Monte always went the extra mile to ensure packages were delivered, and when I explained this to Eddie, his response to me was that he planned to to reprimand him. Seems odd to be reprimanded for stellar customer service and keeping up the mission which the USPS was founded on. It seems this post offices goal is to provide the worst customer experience possible. All the workers are constantly grumpy, and its no wonder when your boss actually punishes you for good customer service. I have been in the customer service industry for 10+ years and am appalled by the lack of professionalism this establishment constantly exudes.

My mailman has literally shown bias against my family by stating hes never seen black gay married men before. After learning that we permanently reside here, our mail and packages have been left outside the mailbox, the key to the mailbox has been purposely broken by my mail man and after I fix it within three days his excuse to the manager of this location was that my box has been broken for several months?!?! It was only broken 2 days before I fixed it. While explaining this to the manager I was told I was too upset and that they would call the police because that didnt know what "my people" could do! Long story short after serveal calls with Everett PD and with video evidence I have, the accusations against me were dropped. Long story short if you are black or gay just do yourself a favor and get a PO Box to avoid microaggressions and possible jail time for complete lies.

I went in to the Post Office on Thursday and encountered the rudest woman. I didnt catch her name, but she had chin length blonde wavy hair, was older, and larger in weight. She yelled at me for asking about media mail (I was trying to ship three antique National Geographic magazines). She got snotty and said they might have ads so I had to do USPS ground instead. The price went from being $3.07 to over $15. She interrupted my questions to yell at the customers standing in line for being too loud. I thought this was unnecessarily rude. Her tone of voice was snotty and she dismissed my questions. After that unpleasantness, I called that post offices phone number to complain. It was 11am on a weekday, yet a recording came on saying it was not their business hours and then it hung up. This post office is not one I will be going back to.

I have a very serious question. This has happened numerous times and it is supremely annoying, inconvenient and really creates stress. I have 3 terminal illnesses so it is difficult, at times, to keep checking at the office. Now, I find out a package was delivered LAST WEDNESDAY! I asked at the office today but they all said no, no package for me. Why do you NOT put the yellow slips in the PO Box to let me know it arrived. Then I will not go through the worry and stress. Please put the yellow/pink notification slips in the apartment PO Box! Thank you, I hope they find it tomorrow morning! Other mail service is excellent!

Which I could give less. Package got sent to a wrong address in Florida... I had no interception options and they DIDNT forward to my new address. Then after being shipped to the wrong address it was retrieved and sent here to Washington... THEN THEY SENT IT BACK TO FLORIDA.... After putting in hours of calls SPANNING OVER A MONTH trying to retrieve this thing, they have the audacity to charge me 18 FREAKING DOLLARS!! I cant return it now because its over my 30 days... This is after months of issues with normal package delivery. This branch and their management needs to be burned.

This is the worst post office. The WILL NOT answer the phone. I have tried multiple times and multiple different days for the past two weeks. The county changed our street name and the post office hasnt updated it so everything is getting all crazy with mail and what not. Now I have to bring my three small children into the dang post office to make them change our address because THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO ANSWER A PHONE!! Sorry... Just very frustrated. The lady who brings our everyday mail is a sweet mail woman. Whoever brings our occasional Sunday mail is a lazy jerk. Okay rant over.

If I could give this post office a minus 10 on this review I would. Constantly having other peoples mail put in my box. Had ordered something on Monday package, it came on Wednesday - on time. Ordered from something Amazon on Wednesday, it was supposed to arrive today... they cant deliver it TO the post office???? They put a green form in my box asking how many people receive mail in my box. Most inept, careless and uncaring post office that I have ever dealt with in my life. Will be moving soon. Glad I wont be getting mail from these guys anymore. :P
