For the third time I have had a package delivered to the wrong address! The fill in and temp carriers are enept, they can not read or find an address. I had ordered a computer that was delivered a block away and I happened to be driving by and seen it on someone elses porch. Three feet away from the package was the house numbers that were ten digits off. I had another package that was said to be delivered, delivered where, not to my house? They held a package for two extra days and the package was on the truck so I couldnt even pick it up. The first day they said there wasnt a safe place to deliver, I was home and nobody came here. The second day, no delivery, and another trip to the post office where they said "your package is out for delivery", I watched the carrier drive up and down the road, right past my house. At the end of the day, no delivery. Third day, I return to the post office and finally get my package and I am told they didnt deliver because there was a dog. We have no dogs, the neighbor has no dogs. I watched them drive by and they didnt even slow down. So, maybe the wrong address a block away had a dog. Really? I guess when you cant find an address, the carriers use whatever excuses to cover for their inability to read an address. I have security cameras and neither time does it show any carriers showing up at my house. Well, here I am again with a package that was said to be delivered and it isnt at my house. Ive went in and talked to the office and yet it continues. I will say, my regular carrier gets my packages delivered, no problem there. I get packages delivered from UPS and Fed Ex with no problems. Maybe, its time USPS starts training and making their people accountable. *UPDATE* The most recent package was delivered three houses away and eight digits off from my address. They are delivering closer to my house, so maybe one day they will actually deliver to the right address.

I will start this review by saying that our regular mail delivery person (Henry) is fantastic. He is consistent, quick, and to the best of my knowledge has never messed up our mail delivery. My 1-Star (would do Zero if I could) review goes to whoever is our replacement delivery driver. They regularly get our mail delivery mixed up to the same house number on another street. This has been going on for over a year, any time there is a sub driver. He is either visually impaired, or just a jerk who doesnt care to do his job on time. The rest of my complaint is due to the inconsistency of mail delivery in our neighborhood. Sometimes they deliver at 10am, sometimes at 7 or 8pm. It is NEVER near the same time each day. There are days where I dont see a mail truck all day (I work from home and sit near an open window near the mailbox). Other days I see a mail truck go up and down our road 10 times (no joke). I have filed multiple complaints online through the USPS website which usually gets a quick response from someone at the Snohomish Post Office. I dont know whats going on up there, whether its poor training, poor sorting, or just lazy employees. Either way, Im getting fed up and am looking for a way to file a complaint higher than the local level. If anyone knows, please post. Im sick and tired. P.S. If anyone gets any mail with the house number 18025 and my name, please let me know. I guess were all in this together!

We recently ordered passports from the Snoho PO and when getting the applications my husband was spoken to like an idiot (but was told this was because so many people dont follow the instructions.) When he asked where was the best place to get photos, the man said Costco took the best photos. We returned the next day, Costco photos in hand (which was a longer drive than elsewhere, but we wanted the best photos so they would not be rejected). The woman who helped us this day, upon seeing our photos, instantly said, "Theyre way too small. Where did you get them taken? Oh Costco? They are the worst. Their photos get rejected 90% of the time." My husband bit his tongue as this same woman was in the post office (not helping anybody) the day before when he was asking the best place to get the photos taken. When we asked "Who takes the best photos, then?" she replied, "I do." Of course you do, because yours are $15 versus $4.99 at Costco. She sent away our applications anyway, saying if the photos were rejected we would be contacted. As far as handling the rest of the process, she was very efficient, however we have had other issues with the post office being rude which is why Im giving two stars. Turns out the "way too small" Costco photos were just fine and we were issued our passports without a problem.

I keep getting my neighbors mail and now its not just the two neighbors on either side of me its otherneighbirs on my street and I get someone elses that has the same house numbers but a completely different street( we have to exchange our mail every so many months and then when I get a package sometimes my mail is weighted down on my porch with the package and other times my mail is blown all over because it was all left on top of the box and my boxes keep getting left out in the rain too when it does rain- I also have been missing about 1/4 of my bills each month (different ones) so Im assuming my neighbors are getting them and just do t put them back in the box to be re-delivered. Its getting very bad and really hope that these reviews will do something to get them to do a better job in the future, please!!!

I wish I would have read these reviews before this incident happened. Just like everybody else, I had a package from eBay that was delivered to the wrong address. Ive been to the P.O. three times in a week & had to talk to the same Supervisor who said the same thing, "Ill get in touch with the postman & Ill give you a call." I never got a call. The third time she said, "Theres nothing we can do since its been over a week." Wait, thats your fault for never getting back to me & dealing with the problem. I told the seller on eBay & filed a claim on eBay & it got sent straight to eBay & I was told I couldnt receive a refund because the item was shown as delivered. The only "good" thing is that the item was only $20, but thats still money Im never getting back. These guys a horrible.

In the last month I have had the following occur: Had a delivery list as un-deliverable online, claiming my address was incorrect (package was addressed perfectly). Received it a week later than delivery date. A week later, I had a package absolutely crammed into my mail box, which I had to destroy just to remove. Next week, two packages returned to post office which I had to pick up myself, no explanation whatsoever for it. One week later, mail man speeding through my neighborhood runs over my neighbors dog. NEXT DAY, package listed as Un-deliverable online, they claimed it was the fault of the delivery person. Its been 5 days now and I still have not been told when it will be delivered. Called the office, phone just rings. THIS is why government employees get a bad name
