The carrier constantly skips our mailbox(we know because its a neighborhood box so there should be mail every day and we constantly get deliveries that include previous days mail even though we constantly check the box even after 6pm), and on 8/2/17 lied and said they couldnt deliver a package due to "animal interference" to a locked neighborhood mailbox that is in an area where theres no loose pets or animals to interfere and even if they tried porch delivery we didnt hear them and all we have is an indoor cat. Ive called the post office to complain about previous incidents but was only met by an extremely RUDE employee who just kept insisting that the actual office has no connection to the carriers. WHERE ARE THE CARRIERS GETTING AND TAKING MAIL?! The website for usps is awful and I havent been able to file an email complaint because it wont let us but please, get us a carrier that actually delivers our mail and doesnt lie about package delivery!!!

By far the worst post office Ive ever dealt with. Parking is a nightmare, and they regularly screw up the delivery of our mail. Some stuff shows up, some stuff goes back to sender with an "invalid address" note. Ordered 2 items from Japan, and they shipped a day apart. One item showed up on our front porch when we got home, another had an info notice that it needed a signature. Same exact item, from the same place. The date on the info notice was 5/25 for pickup, yet today when I try to reschedule it online, it says its already been returned to sender. Worst post office Ive ever dealt with, and the real shame is that anyone in their district is just stuck with them. Was going to get a PO box with them, but decided to go a bit further to Arlington instead, as they actually seem to know what they are doing up there.

After I sent the package it did arrive the next day but he got delivered to the wrong address. My customer called me and complained over the weekend at her package hasnt arrived. I walked into this Marysville post office to see what a there could be done and to get my money back because the package was not delivered to the proper address. After getting up to the front counter and met with a very sweet gentleman he got his supervisor for me to discuss the issue. After the the supervisor female starting with the J name I dont remember if it was Janice or Judy treated me like a child / inconvenience to her life when explaining to me that they couldnt issue a refund because technically it was delivered before noon.

I sent out very small thank you notes to my friends and family... my friend called me up today and said the letter she got from me was completely annihilated all smashed up ripped up taped up she could barely read it I dont understand why this was delivered like this shame on you for not giving a s*** about other peoples things!

Parking is terrible and causes drivers to be stuck out in the middle of the road blocking traffic constantly. Also have had numerous issues with employees trying to rush me through the line while Im trying to ask questions and get help.

I hava a very hard time with the fact that mpst days our mail doesnt come until 6pm or later. We have been told many tomes it should never come that late and it keeps getting delivered later and later.

They sent back my new wa state ID that i was waiting for without even trying to deliver it. Held my mail for weeks before finally delivering it. Mail is never on time. Worthless and incompetent.

Additional parking is around the side. The staff here is fast, friendly, and theyve yet to lose any of our packages. Love our mail delivery lady too.

Parking is a problem, theres spots on the left side but its a one way lane so theyre hard to see against the building before turning.
