Seems like this post office has a lot of problems with delivery. I order a lot of merchandise and never have a problem with UPS or Fed Ex. Several times Ive checked my USPS tracking numbers and found the items are "undeliverable to address" , or some similar excuse. A few days later my items usually show up, with nothing wrong with the listed address. Not sure if its lack of competence or just bad service. Seems that if it cant fit in the mailbox, they wont deliver to my door, which is a typical 50 from the street. Last Saturday I was working in my garage. The post women pulled up to the top of my driveway and sat there looking at me until I walked up to retrieve my package. Unfortunately too many sellers use USPS because its the cheapest. Not impressed.

I was literally out of town two days and when I went to check the mail there was just a slip asking if our home was now vacant. When I called the post office to ask if I could pick up the mail there, the lady who answered was crazy rude! She literally acted as though I called just to waste her time and snapped at me to just fill out the form in my mailbox. When I tried to ask about picking up my mail ( I was waiting for some rather important items) she basically said " I dont know where your mail is and I dont care!" I was so shocked at the level of unprofessionalism and blatant disrespect that I just hung up. Honest one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had!

Worst post office ever. Always only one employee at the desk. They show no sign of even attempting to move a line along if it is busy, which it always is. They will sit there and ask non-essential questions to their regulars and friends while a line of people out the door stand there. These elderly employees need to be moved to a position where they can sit at a desk and putz along through their day. Not to mention lost packages and mail on top of all that. Fed up with USPS. Ill go out of my way to use literally any other service first.

Over the last 6 months weve had 8 different people deliver our mail and more than two dozen times I have had other peoples mail in my box. About a dozen times Ive had someone bring me rather sensitive mail that was put in their box.... not sure what is going on, never had this problem with any other post office.. I would like to see some professionalism and consistency in 2016. We have had several late fees due to the fact we never got the mail! Hopefully this changes soon.

The postal carrier drove into our mailbox hous and knocked all 5 down. Now my mail is being held and I cannot get a live person on the phone. It rings and rings, or you get an automated system that is less than helpful. We didnt even get a notice telling us where our mail would be held. On top of all that, our mail goes to the wrong address so often I have the phone number of the people that usually get it. JUST AWFUL!!!

Some staff is definitely rude and useless. After asking suggestion what envelop may I use to send locally some paperwork, I was returned back to line for staying there and to earn opportunity just ask a question. It means that I need stay in line at least two times - ask a question, then probably purchase an envelope, after that filling an address and staying again to send it in proper way.

I purchased international shipping online. The post office lost my package. When my customer did not receive their package, I had to pay for shipping AGAIN and ship ANOTHER PACKAGE. When I came to this post office to ask for a refund (just for the shipping!) for the package they lost, I was told "thats the chance you take here" she couldnt even be bothered to look up the tracking number.

Long lines. Stuff, I was never directly insulted there. I but I believe the reviewers that said they were. Their workers seem to find it acceptable to let sardonic comments toward customers. I am not really having a problem with that, but it is so unprofessional, especially coming from older people. Hire more people, replace those that cant keep up, but please, please! Fix long waiting.

I have always always had very friendly and helpful staff at this office. I go out of my way to go there. Often times they are extremely busy (stands to good reason, they are worth the wait). They treat you like a customer and a person, not a number and a nuisance. Thank you very much you are all very appreciated!

You cant drop off a package here usually. There is not package slot. The office has to be open, and on the rare times it has been, there is always a line. Lovely people work here; it just isnt open often enough to be useful to this working and commuting urban community.

This is easily the most poorly labeled building Ive ever tried to find and when they left me a message in my mailbox saying it was too full it didnt even say what post office was holding my mail. Ridiculous.

Its definitely well hidden. Look for ChuckECheese and Hancock Fabrics. Its on the same building as Hancock. Slow service but Ive been in worse post offices.
